Manufacturing companies

Natural Gases

Buyers were sizing up a gas supplier that had nothing for them to look at.

Natural Gases supplies speciality gases, cryogenic liquids, gas handling equipment and pipeline accessories, and had no brand and no website when it came to GullySales. We built the brand identity, a website covering the range and industries served, the social channels and the Google Business page, and the domain, hosting and email behind it.

The problem they brought us

Where things stood.

Buyers in this field size up a supplier before they enquire. They want to see the range, the plant and the industries already being served. There was nothing for them to look at.

The company had no professional identity built for the gas sector and no website to visit. A plant engineer comparing three suppliers had two to read about and one to take on trust.

What we did about it

The work, in the order it happened.

  1. 1

Brand identity for the gas trade

A logo and a visual identity built for speciality gases, cryogenic liquids and gas handling equipment, rather than a general industrial look.

  2. 2

    A corporate website

Home, about us, services, industries served, infrastructure, customers and contact pages, so the range and the plant can be read without a phone call.

  3. 3

    Social channels set up

Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube opened with branded assets, so the company looks the same wherever a buyer finds it.

  4. 4

    Google Business page

A Google Business page set up, so the company appears when buyers search for a gas supplier and want an address and a number.

  5. 5

    Domain, hosting and email

Domain registration, web hosting and email infrastructure, so an enquiry arrives at an address that matches the website.

Where it landed

The outcome.

No numbers were recorded for this engagement, so none are claimed. The work delivered is described above.

How we work

Tell us what you need, and we start from there.

You fill in the requirements brief. We read it, then talk to you about how enquiries arrive, how fast they are answered, and where orders are lost between the two. After that we send the scope, the fee and the term in writing.

We do not publish a price. We scope the work after that first conversation and put the fee in writing before anything begins, split three ways: our time, your media spend, and production. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing at the same time. No default twelve-month lock, no ranking guarantees.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
