LL Trust
A trust competing for donors looked like every other trust.
LL Trust is a non-profit that looked like every other organisation competing for the same donors, with no identity to set it apart. GullySales researched those organisations, designed the logo and branding, and built the colour palette and templates the trust now uses across its channels.

The problem they brought us
Where things stood.
The trust had no identity of its own, so nothing in how it presented itself distinguished it from comparable organisations competing for the same donors.
Its initiatives were not widely known either, which is a hard place to start from when awareness is what brings donors in.
What we did about it
The work, in the order it happened.
- 1
Comparable organisations reviewed
Market research and competitor analysis of the organisations asking the same donors for money.
- 2
Logo and branding
A logo designed and a brand built around what the trust actually does, so it stands out among organisations that largely look alike.
- 3
A palette that carries the values
Design concepts, templates and a colour palette, so a post looks like the trust before anyone reads the words.
- 4
Reviewed with the trust
Concepts taken back to the trust and reworked on their feedback before anything was finalised.
Where it landed
The outcome.
No numbers were recorded for this engagement, so none are claimed. The work delivered is described above.

How we work
Tell us what you need, and we start from there.
You fill in the requirements brief. We read it, then talk to you about how enquiries arrive, how fast they are answered, and where orders are lost between the two. After that we send the scope, the fee and the term in writing.
We do not publish a price. We scope the work after that first conversation and put the fee in writing before anything begins, split three ways: our time, your media spend, and production. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing at the same time. No default twelve-month lock, no ranking guarantees.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
Your next practical step
Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
