Ambulance services · Local SEO

Appear on the map at the moment a family needs the nearest vehicle.

Local SEO for an ambulance service is the work of showing correctly on the map and in nearby searches for each base you run from. GullySales works on your profile, listings, reviews and the sameness of your name, address and number across the web.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For ambulance services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The map shows the nearest, not the best”

A family sees three listings and a distance. A base whose pin sits on the wrong lane loses to an operator whose pin is correct. Placing the pin where the vehicle really stands matters more than any line of description.

  • “One number must be answered at every hour”

The call button on the map dials whatever number the profile lists. If that is an office line that rings out after dark, the profile advertises a number that fails exactly when it is needed. List the number your dispatcher answers.

  • “A photograph of the real vehicle persuades”

Families want to see a clean vehicle with the stretcher and oxygen fitted, matching the type described. A stock image, or a photograph of a vehicle you sold, undermines the profile for the family and for the hospital desk.

  • “Reviews after distress need care”

A review request sent after a death is wrong. Ask after planned trips, discharges and dialysis runs, and answer every review in a calm voice that never argues the fare in public.

What we do

What we deliver for ambulance services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A profile for each base

Name, pin, service area, hours, number and ambulance types entered correctly for every base you operate from.

Result: A profile per base that shows your staffed number.

  2. Photograph set

Photographs of each vehicle, the interior equipment and the crew in uniform, taken at your premises.

Result: A set uploaded and labelled by vehicle type.

  3. Listing match

The same business name, address and number on the directories and hospital listing sites that carry your details.

Result: A sheet of listings brought to one spelling.

  4. Review request and reply notes

A kind message the dispatcher sends after a suitable trip, and short replies for the common review situations.

Result: A message and reply set kept on the dispatcher's phone.

  5. Questions and answers on the profile

Answers to what families ask, such as oxygen on board, a paramedic with the patient and advance booking.

Result: Each question on the profile answered.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does each base need its own profile?
Each place where a vehicle and crew are stationed can have its own profile, if it is staffed and open as listed. A profile for an address with no vehicle misleads families and may break the platform's rules, so check the platform's current rules.
What do we do about fake reviews from a rival?
Report them through the platform and keep a note of what you reported. Do not reply with accusations. A calm reply that states only what you can say without naming the patient also protects the family's privacy.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
