Cancer hospitals · Website

Build a site that explains the patient's journey before it describes the building.

A website for a cancer hospital is the place a family and a referring doctor check before they call, so it must explain the first visit, the doctors and the way to enquire. GullySales plans the structure, writes the pages with your doctors and fixes the technical basics.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For cancer hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A site that lists equipment tells the family nothing”

Machine names and department lists matter to a procurement officer. A family wants the first visit explained: who they meet, what tests may follow and what papers to carry.

  • “The phone number must be reachable on a phone”

Visitors arrive on a mobile in a hurry. A tap-to-call button, a short form and a WhatsApp link above the fold decide whether they enquire or go back to the results page.

  • “Doctor profiles carry the weight”

Families and referrers look for who will lead the treatment. A profile with the doctor's qualifications, registration details and areas of work, checked by the doctor, answers a question the family would otherwise ask by phone.

  • “A site must be gentle on slow connections and small screens”

Families may read on a basic phone in a waiting room or hospital corridor. Heavy pages and tiny text push them away at the time they most need clarity.

What we do

What we deliver for cancer hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page structure built on the patient's journey

Pages for first visit, second opinion, cancer types, doctors, insurance and schemes, and referring doctors.

Result: A site map where each page answers one question.

  2. Doctor profile pages

Each oncologist's qualifications, registration details and areas of work, written with and approved by the doctor.

Result: Each profile carries the doctor's own approval.

  3. Mobile-first enquiry paths

Tap-to-call, a short booking form and a WhatsApp link on every key page.

Result: A visitor can reach your desk in one tap from any page.

  4. An insurance and scheme page

The insurers and schemes you work with and the papers to bring, taken from the one sheet your desks share.

Result: The page matches what the desk says on the phone.

  5. A referrer page

How to refer, how the tumour board works and how you write back to the referring surgeon or pathologist.

Result: A referring doctor can find the process in one place.

  6. A technical and accessibility check

Speed, mobile layout, readable text and structure reviewed and corrected.

Result: A checklist with each item marked done or open.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a new website or can you fix ours?
We look at the existing site first. If its structure can carry the journey pages, we add and fix. If it cannot, we say so and plan a rebuild, with the reasons listed.
Can the site show treatment outcomes?
Council rules restrict outcome and result claims, and the rules differ by state and change. Check with your own adviser. We write pages that explain services and process and leave out results.
Who maintains the site afterwards?
Decide this at the start. We can set the site up so your team edits simple pages, with doctor-reviewed content logged so out-of-date pages are spotted.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step
