Pain management clinics · Website

Build a website that tells a worried reader what the clinic treats, in the first screen.

A website for a pain clinic is the place a patient or relative decides whether to call. GullySales plans the pages, writes them in plain words with your doctor, and makes the booking route easy to find on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For pain management clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first screen must say what the clinic treats”

A visitor with pain scans for their own complaint. A banner about advanced care tells them nothing. A first screen that lists back and neck pain, nerve pain, joint pain and headache, with a call button, lets them know at a glance.

  • “The visitor reads on a phone, in discomfort”

A person in pain reads on a small screen, sometimes lying down. Large type, a tap-to-call button and a short callback form matter more than animation. A page that loads slowly or demands a long form loses the visit.

  • “The doctor's credentials need a page of their own”

Patients and referring surgeons check the training. A page with qualifications, registration details you supply and areas of practice is a fact sheet, not a boast, and it is the page forwarded to relatives.

  • “The site must not make promises it cannot keep”

Words such as cure, permanent relief or guaranteed do not belong on a doctor's website. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check your own council or adviser before a page goes live. Plain description of what is done, and who should ask first, serves the reader and the doctor.

What we do

What we deliver for pain management clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page map

Home, a page for each pain, a page for each procedure, the doctor, how to visit and how fees are discussed.

Result: A diagram shows every page and where it links.

  2. Pain and procedure pages

Plain-language pages reviewed by your doctor, each with a booking route.

Result: Every page carries the doctor's review and a way to book.

  3. A mobile-first design

Large text, tap-to-call, a callback form and directions that open in a map.

Result: A person can book from a phone without zooming.

  4. A page for referring doctors

What pains are accepted, how to refer and how the referrer is told.

Result: A surgeon can find the referral route in one click.

  5. A privacy and consent notice

What the site collects through forms, why and how a person can ask for removal, reviewed with your adviser.

Result: The notice is on every page that collects details.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
If the pages are thin but the structure is sound, we rewrite and extend. If the site is slow on a phone or cannot be edited, rebuilding is cleaner. We look at both before recommending either.
Can the site show prices?
Only figures you give us, and only if you wish. Some clinics prefer to explain how fees are discussed and what affects them. We never invent a price for a procedure.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, the hosting account and the content should be registered in the clinic's name, and we can set that up with you so you are never locked out.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
