Senior living and home care agencies · Lead generation

Answer the Friday discharge call before the family rings the next number.

Lead generation for senior living and home care means catching the enquiry in the week a family stops coping, from a search, a directory or a discharge planner. GullySales makes sure somebody picks up, records the situation once, and tags where every enquiry came from.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For senior living and home care agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Discharges cluster at the end of the week”

Hospitals send people home on Thursday and Friday. The call lands as your office is closing, and by Monday the mother has gone somewhere else.

  • “A directory lead is already shared”

Two competitors have the same family before you finish reading the email. Tag it the moment it arrives, or you will never know what the fee bought.

  • “The first call has to reach the payer question”

The monthly budget and who in the family is paying decide what you can offer. Ask early and gently, or you tour a family you cannot serve.

What we do

What we deliver for senior living and home care agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An intake sheet for the first ninety seconds

How much help is needed, who is deciding, how it is being paid for, which hospital or rehab unit is involved, and the date the family has to move.

Result: Nobody has to ring back to ask what was already said.

  2. Friday afternoon given a written rota

A named person on late calls at the end of the week, able to book a tour or an assessment without waiting for a manager to return.

Result: The hardest enquiry of the week reaches a person.

  3. Every enquiry tagged at the door

Directory, search, paid advertisement, walk-in, hospital referral or a family who toured two years ago, recorded before anything else happens.

Result: Last month's enquiries stop being a matter of opinion.

  4. Referral sources logged by name and unit

The discharge desk, the physiotherapist or the geriatrician behind each family, written against the enquiry rather than remembered.

Result: You know whose relationship produced the move-in.

  5. A call plan for the weeks after a tour

Who rings, in which week, and what they have to offer that the family did not already leave with, set down instead of left to memory.

Result: Silence after a tour stops being the end of it.

  6. A count of enquiries and what became of them

Enquiries by source, time to the first human conversation, tours and assessments held, and starts of care, all against the baseline recorded when work starts.

Result: Occupancy is discussed with a number in front of you.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where enquiries come from

Where a senior care enquiry comes from, and what to record the first time a family calls.

A hospital discharge planner or case manager
Record the planner's name, the unit, the discharge date and the level of care needed. Their calls come against a deadline, so note who on your side picked up and how long the reply took.
A directory or placement service
These enquiries are already shared with other providers. Tag the service on the first line, and ask the family on the call what they have seen and what they are comparing.
An adult child calling from another city
Write down who is calling, who the person needing care is, and who makes the decision and pays. Offer a video tour or a call when the family cannot visit.
Your website form or a Google search call
Log the page or listing it came from and the date. Ask only what you need to start, and keep health details out of open notes. Follow your own privacy rules.
A physician, geriatrician or hospital discharge desk
Note the professional, the practice and what was asked of you. A person who refers once and hears back with courtesy refers again, so record that you thanked them.
A past resident's family
A family you treated well is often asked by friends. Record the old resident's name and the new enquiry beside it, and keep the contact warm with a personal call, not a form letter.

  • Old age homes and senior citizen homes with residential rooms
  • Dementia and Alzheimer's care homes, and homes with a dedicated memory wing
  • Senior living apartments and retirement communities
  • Home nursing and attendant agencies that send staff to a family's house
  • Home health care services that arrange nurses, physiotherapy and equipment at home

  • Day care centres for seniors, and short-stay or respite rooms
  • Providers that run both a residential home and a home care service

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the lead generation work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we keep buying leads from the big directories?
Keep buying until you can see what they return. Tag every one from the first month and follow it through to a move-in or a start of care. Then put the referral fee beside what your own site and your discharge planners produced.
Who should take the first call?
Whoever answers fastest, with the clinical part handed straight on. Many providers have the situation recorded and the tour booked by one person, then their nurse rings about care needs. Where that line sits is agreed after our first conversation and written down.
The same family arrived through two directories and our own site. How do we count it?
Count it once, with the first source as the origin and the others noted beside it. Tag the family when the first call is logged so the second call is matched, and then you can see which source had the family before anyone else.
A daughter is asking for her mother who has not agreed to move. Is that a lead?
It is an enquiry, not yet a prospect. Record both people, the reason for the call and who will decide. Offer a conversation with the parent present, and do not push a tour date until the person moving has been part of it.
Would your team be speaking to our families?
Only as far as you want. We can take the first call, record the situation and book the tour, then hand anything clinical or emotional to your own nurse or director. Or you keep every family conversation in-house and use us for the follow-up schedule, the referral records and the reporting. The line is drawn after our first conversation and written down.
How do you handle health details?
Access to any patient or resident detail is agreed in writing before work starts, and for this work we do not need it. Your profile, your pages and your enquiry records run on addresses, services and photographs, not on health records.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
