Senior living and home care agencies · Search engine optimisation

Outrank the directory that charges you for a family who was already searching.

Search engine optimisation for a care community or home care agency decides whether a daughter searching at midnight opens your page or a directory that sells her details on. GullySales writes the cost, staffing and dementia pages families look for, and clears the faults keeping them out of results.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For senior living and home care agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The directories own the first screen”

JustDial, Practo and map listings sit above nearly every home and agency, so your page is among the first a family opens. It has to be the one she finishes.

  • “Cost is the search, and most pages refuse to answer it”

Families type a town and the word cost. A page giving a starting range and what moves it will beat one that asks them to call for pricing.

  • “Families search the symptom, never the licence category”

Nobody types residential care facility. They type what happens when a father wanders at night or stops eating, so the page has to use those words.

What we do

What we deliver for senior living and home care agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A cost page that names a starting range

A published starting figure for each level of care, with what raises it: a second occupant, incontinence support, memory care, or overnight hours at home.

Result: The family about to ring somewhere else stays on your page.

  2. Pages built round the questions that end a search

Staffing after ten at night, whether the same aide comes each visit, what happens as needs increase, and how a dementia diagnosis changes the answer.

Result: Nobody leaves because the answer was missing.

  3. One page for each service you want more of

Respite, post-hospital transition, live-in hours and memory care given pages of their own, instead of four lines inside a combined services page.

Result: Each one can be found by the family who needs only that.

  4. Technical faults cleared off the site

Phone load speed, broken links, the duplicate pages a franchise template left behind, and the tour form that fails on an older handset.

Result: A page that deserves to rank stops being held back.

  5. Structured data for the address, the care levels and reviews

Markup so search engines read your location, hours, levels of care and rating from the code rather than guessing at them from the text.

Result: Search results show what you actually offer.

  6. Search reporting page by page

Position, traffic and enquiries for the cost page and each care page, read against the baseline recorded before work began.

Result: You can see which page brought the tour.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a family types while arranging care for a parent, and the page that answers it.

old age home vs home nursing
A comparison page for a family who has not chosen. Set out what each gives a person day to day, what each leaves to the family, and how to tell which one fits, with a call to arrange an assessment.
memory care near me
A page for dementia care. Describe the staffing, the building's layout, how you handle wandering and night waking, and how families are kept informed. Avoid claims about what care does for a resident.
how much does an old age home cost
A cost page that names a starting range and what is included, such as meals and help with dressing, and what is added when needs increase. Date the page.
respite care for a parent while we travel
A page for a short stay. Say how long a stay can be, what the family sends in advance, such as medication lists, and how the assessment works before a booking.
overnight home care for dementia
A home care page. Explain what a night caregiver does and does not do, how you match a caregiver, and what happens if the regular person is unwell.
retirement community vs old age home
A page for an older couple still managing at home. Describe the services at each level and what changes the level, so the reader sees a path and not a sales call.

Who it is for

This is written for these senior living and home care agencies.

  • Old age homes and senior citizen homes with residential rooms
  • Dementia and Alzheimer's care homes, and homes with a dedicated memory wing
  • Senior living apartments and retirement communities
  • Home nursing and attendant agencies that send staff to a family's house
  • Home health care services that arrange nurses, physiotherapy and equipment at home
  • Franchise home care branches marketing in their own neighbourhood
  • Small care homes run from a converted house or a floor of a building
  • Day care centres for seniors, and short-stay or respite rooms
  • Providers that run both a residential home and a home care service

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long before search brings us a move-in?
Months for the cost and memory care pages, because families read for weeks before they ring anybody. Your map listing and review count move sooner than that. We report enquiries traced to search against the baseline taken when work starts.
Can we write about what our memory care does for a resident?
Describe what you provide rather than what it will do for somebody's dementia. Check with your legal adviser on what a unit may be called, and have them read anything you are unsure of.
Should a page show a resident's photograph or story?
Only with written consent from the resident or the person who holds authority for them, and only if you are sure they understand what is being published. Many families would rather see the building and the staff than another family's story.
Is it enough to be listed on a care directory?
No. A directory may give your name to several others and may charge for the lead. Keep your own pages as the main source of truth, and make sure the name, address and phone number are the same everywhere you are listed.
Would your team be speaking to our families?
Only as far as you want. We can take the first call, record the situation and book the tour, then hand anything clinical or emotional to your own nurse or director. Or you keep every family conversation in-house and use us for the follow-up schedule, the referral records and the reporting. The line is drawn after our first conversation and written down.
How do you handle health details?
Access to any patient or resident detail is agreed in writing before work starts, and for this work we do not need it. Your profile, your pages and your enquiry records run on addresses, services and photographs, not on health records.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
