Commercial pest management companies · Website

Build a site where a quality manager finds the sample report before the pest list.

A website for a commercial pest management company is the place where a quality head, purchase desk or facility firm checks whether you work on premises like theirs. GullySales works on page structure by site type, the proof shown on each page and the routes that turn a visit into a survey request.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For commercial pest management companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page shows pests, the buyer wants records”

A row of cockroaches, termites and rodents makes a commercial firm look like a household vendor. The first screen should say which sites you serve and what documents you produce.

  • “Every site type needs its own page”

A bakery, a cold store and a hospital differ in pests, access and paperwork. One combined services page answers none of them. Separate pages let each buyer see their own premises and their own records.

  • “Proof has to be visible without a login”

A redacted service report, a survey example and a short note on method let a buyer judge you before calling. Hiding these behind a form loses the reader who only wanted to look.

  • “The contact route must suit three readers”

A quality head wants a survey request, a purchase desk wants a scope document and a facility firm wants a multi-site conversation. One generic form serves none well, so the page offers a clear route for each.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial pest management companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around site types

Pages for food units, kitchens, cold stores, warehouses, hospitals and offices, plus a page for facility firms.

Result: Each buyer has a page that matches their premises.

  2. A sample-report section

A redacted service report and survey record, with a plain explanation of each part.

Result: A visitor sees your paperwork on the page.

  3. A method and records page

How surveys, control points, corrective actions and follow-up visits are recorded.

Result: The buyer can judge your method before a call.

  4. Enquiry routes by role

A survey request, a scope request and a multi-site request, each leading to the CRM and the WhatsApp number.

Result: Each type of buyer gets a fitting way to ask.

  5. Cities and areas served

Pages naming the cities and industrial areas you cover, with real depot and crew details.

Result: A buyer can see you reach their location.

  6. Technical basics

Mobile layout, page speed, secure connection and tidy titles and headings.

Result: The site works well on a phone in a plant office.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
If the structure lists pests and not site types, a rebuild of the page structure is needed even when the design stays. GullySales reads the current site first and says what to keep.
Can the site promise pest-free premises?
No. A site cannot promise pest-free premises, so it describes your method and records and does not state an outcome. Food and hospital requirements differ, so tell readers to check with their own auditor.
What about client names on the site?
Leave them out unless you hold written permission. Show the site type, the problem and the record produced. Confidential work still proves experience when it is described carefully.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
