Agricultural commodity traders · Website

Build a site that answers a sourcing desk's checklist before anyone calls.

A website for a commodity trader is a set of commodity pages, quality specifications and company details that a buyer can check without a call. GullySales works on the page structure, the wording and the contact routes.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For agricultural commodity traders

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first screen should say what you sell”

A buyer landing on a trader's site wants to see commodities, origin and lot sizes at once. A banner of fields and a slogan hide that. A clear list of commodities with a link to each grade gets the buyer to the page that matters.

  • “A specification table does more than a brochure”

Moisture range, size, foreign matter and packing, set out as a table for each grade, let a procurement manager compare you with a rival. A downloadable sheet in the same words can be attached to the buyer's own file.

  • “Registrations and address build trust”

A buyer who has not met you looks for the yard address, the registrations you hold and the people to contact. Placing those on a company page, written in plain words, answers the question a vendor-list committee asks about any new supplier.

What we do

What we deliver for agricultural commodity traders.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Commodity and grade pages

A page for each commodity listing grades, origin regions, pack sizes and lot sizes.

Result: Each commodity has a page a buyer can bookmark.

  2. Specification tables and downloadable sheets

Quality details in a table with a one-page sheet for each grade.

Result: A buyer can download the sheet and attach it to a purchase file.

  3. Company and registration page

Yard address, registrations held, people to contact and how a buyer can visit.

Result: A sourcing desk can verify the firm from one page.

  4. Enquiry form and WhatsApp button

A short form asking commodity, grade, quantity and destination, plus a tap-to-chat link.

Result: Enquiries arrive with the four facts filled in.

  5. Phone-first layout

Pages that load and read well on the phones buyers use in mandis and mills.

Result: The enquiry button is within reach on a small screen.

  6. Analytics for enquiries

A simple record of which pages bring enquiries.

Result: The partners can see which commodity pages are read.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online catalogue with prices?
Not necessarily. Rates change through the day, so some traders list commodities and grades and invite an enquiry for the rate. If you show a rate, show its date as well.
Can we manage the site ourselves?
Yes, if it is built so that adding a grade or a photograph is a simple task. We design with your team's skill in mind and show them how to update the pages.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step
