Electronics wholesalers · Website

Give trade buyers a site that shows what you stock and takes a rate request.

A website for an electronics wholesaler is a trade catalogue and enquiry point, not a retail shop. It shows the brands and models you hold, states your authorisations and takes a rate request into WhatsApp. GullySales designs the site around the questions a shopkeeper, installer or office buyer asks before ordering.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For electronics wholesalers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A visitor decides in a few seconds whether you are a wholesaler”

A page that looks like a retail shop sends trade buyers away and attracts customers who want one piece. The first screen should say who you supply, from where, and how to ask for a trade rate.

  • “The catalogue has to match how shops look”

A shopkeeper looks for a brand, then a product family, then a model. A site organised by your own internal stock codes confuses the visitor. Navigation by brand and use is easier, and it matches how search works.

  • “Mobile is where the enquiry starts”

A shopkeeper will open the site on a phone at the counter. Large buttons, small image files and a rate-request form with few fields matter. A site that loads badly or needs pinching and zooming loses the visit to the next supplier.

  • “The proof is your trade credentials”

A page showing brand authorisations, GST registration details you choose to display, your address and the markets you supply answers the trust question. It gives a new shop reason to place a first order without a visit.

What we do

What we deliver for electronics wholesalers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A trade-first home page

A first screen stating who you supply, your location, the brands you carry and a rate-request button.

Result: A trade buyer knows within one screen that you sell wholesale.

  2. Brand and product pages

A page for each brand and product family with model names, pack sizes, stock status and a request-rate button.

Result: Each page names the models and takes an enquiry.

  3. A rate-request form into WhatsApp

A short form capturing shop name, location, models and quantity, sent to your business number and logged.

Result: Each request reaches a salesperson with the details written down.

  4. An authorisations and credentials page

Brands you are authorised for, GST and address details you wish to show, and the markets you supply.

Result: A new buyer can check your standing without calling.

  5. A bulk and institution page

A page for schools, offices and installers explaining GST quotations and giving a request route.

Result: A purchase clerk can start a quotation without a visit.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these electronics wholesalers.

  • Mobile accessory and repair shops in the old market areas
  • Computer assemblers and laptop resellers
  • CCTV and networking installers who buy for site jobs
  • Electrical and lighting retailers who stock consumer electronics
  • Offices, schools and colleges that buy in bulk with a GST invoice
  • Small online sellers who source from a wholesale counter
  • Appliance dealers in smaller towns who restock by transport
  • Brand service centres that buy spares and accessories

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the website have a shopping cart?
Not unless you want to sell to the public. Trade buyers want a rate, credit terms and a salesperson. A catalogue with a rate-request button fits the way your shops order and avoids retail orders you do not want.
Do we need to show stock levels?
A simple status of in stock, low or unavailable is enough and prevents wasted visits. Exact counts are not needed. The status needs an owner who updates it, or it becomes a source of complaints.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
