Furniture wholesalers · Website

Build a website that lets a buyer find a piece, read its size and ask for a quote.

A website for a furniture wholesaler is a trade catalogue with a quote request, not a shop with a cart. GullySales plans and writes the range pages, the enquiry form and the supporting pages that let retailers, designers and operators decide to call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For furniture wholesalers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A cart is the wrong centrepiece”

Furniture is bulky and the price depends on the delivery town and the quantity. A buyer who wants forty beds will not add them to a basket. The page should lead to a quote request, with the trade minimum shown.

  • “The buyer needs the numbers on the page”

Length, width, height, material, finish and whether the piece is in stock are what a designer checks. A page with only a picture and a code forces a call that the page should have answered.

  • “Stock status goes stale”

A page that shows a piece as available when it has sold out wastes the buyer's time and the salesperson's patience. Someone must own the update, and the page needs a clear marker for ready and made-to-order.

  • “Mobile is where the enquiry starts”

A designer on a site visit looks up a chair on a phone. A heavy page or a form that is hard to complete on a small screen loses the enquiry before anyone knows it was there.

What we do

What we deliver for furniture wholesalers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Range structure

Pages by furniture type and room, with a consistent layout for sizes, finishes and stock status.

Result: A buyer can reach any piece in a few steps and read its details.

  2. Trade quote form

A form asking for buyer type, project, quantity, delivery town and a contact, with a reply routine behind it.

Result: Each submitted form reaches a named person and the register.

  3. Fit-out gallery

Photographs of completed rooms, shown with the client's permission and described by the pieces used.

Result: Each gallery entry lists the pieces and carries recorded consent.

  4. Trade information pages

Pages on minimum order, delivery, damage handling and the trade rate tier.

Result: A buyer finds the terms without calling.

  5. Mobile and speed check

A review of how the site loads and reads on a phone, with fixes to images and forms.

Result: The key pages open and the form completes on a mobile.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we sell online with payment?
For trade buyers, no. Orders are large, priced by town and settled by call. A quote request is simpler and fits how they buy. If you do want online payment for small items, we can plan it separately.
How many products must we list?
List what you can supply and keep it accurate. A smaller, current range beats a large one with outdated stock. We begin with the types you sell most and add others as the records allow.
Who updates the stock markers?
Someone in your team has to own it. We make the update a short task, such as a sheet or a form, and write down who does it. We do not promise live stock without a feed from your records.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
