Electronics wholesalers · Digital marketing

Put your counter in front of the trade buyers who search, scroll and message.

Digital marketing for an electronics wholesaler means choosing the few online channels that reach shops, installers and institutions, and joining them to your WhatsApp and phone. Your buyers are a limited group, so spread-out spending wastes money. GullySales picks channels by the orders they produce and sets up the record to prove it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For electronics wholesalers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Search ads suit named models”

A buyer who types a specific model or brand with the word wholesale is ready to order. An ad on that search costs money only when someone looks for what you hold. Broad ads for electronics attract retail customers who cannot buy in your quantities.

  • “Marketplaces are a channel, not a strategy”

IndiaMART and JustDial bring enquiries, but they also bring comparison with every other seller. A listing is worth keeping when its enquiries become orders. Without a record of the outcome, the fee is paid on faith.

  • “Every channel must end in one inbox”

Enquiries from ads, maps, posts and listings land in different places, and some are never answered. Sending them all to the same WhatsApp number and the same record means no source is lost and each can be compared.

  • “Your own customer list is the cheapest audience”

Shops that already bought can be reached by message, call and, where the platform permits, by custom audiences. Spending first on the people who know you returns orders sooner than spending first on strangers.

What we do

What we deliver for electronics wholesalers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for your trade

A written choice of channels: search, map profile, marketplace, WhatsApp and social, with the reason for each and what is left out.

Result: You know which channels receive effort and which do not.

  2. Search campaigns on named models

Ads built around brands and models you hold, with pages that show the product and invite a rate request.

Result: A search for a model you stock lands on a matching page.

  3. A single enquiry inbox

One number and one record that receive every enquiry from every source, labelled by where it came from.

Result: No enquiry sits unseen in a forgotten channel.

  4. Source-to-order tracking

A simple record linking each enquiry source to the orders that followed.

Result: You can compare channels by orders, not by clicks.

  5. A customer-list audience

Your existing shops and installers prepared as a list for messages and, where allowed, paid posts.

Result: Your spending reaches known trade buyers first.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Each channel should answer a shop or installer who already knows the model they want.

Named model wholesale rate search
Answer with a search campaign on named models linked to the product page, showing stock and a rate request. The buyer is ready to ask.
Installer kit supplier search
Answer with a landing page for installers and a bundle quote form, since this buyer wants one counter for the whole job.
Marketplace listing for bulk quantities
Answer with a clear listing and a reply routine for marketplace enquiries, treating them as one source among others, not a strategy.
Repeat shops on your own list
Answer with WhatsApp messages and calls to shops that already buy. Your own list is the cheapest audience and needs no advertising spend.
Wholesale supplier recommendation from another shop
Answer with a prompt to loyal shops to introduce others and a note of who recommended whom, with no payment for introductions.

Who it is for

This is written for these electronics wholesalers.

  • Mobile accessory and repair shops in the old market areas
  • Computer assemblers and laptop resellers
  • CCTV and networking installers who buy for site jobs
  • Electrical and lighting retailers who stock consumer electronics
  • Offices, schools and colleges that buy in bulk with a GST invoice
  • Small online sellers who source from a wholesale counter
  • Appliance dealers in smaller towns who restock by transport
  • Brand service centres that buy spares and accessories

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You cannot yet say where today's orders come from, so any new spend would have nothing to be measured against.
  • Your counter team is stretched, so extra enquiries would meet delays and cost you the shops you have.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should a wholesaler spend on digital marketing?
Start with what you can track to orders. A small search budget on named models, a profile and a WhatsApp setup cost little. We advise increasing only on channels whose orders you can see in the record.
Is digital marketing worth it when our shops are already known to us?
Yes for two reasons: new shops and installers who do not know you yet, and the record that stops known shops drifting away. It is the follow-up discipline that pays most for a counter like yours.
How do we know a campaign brought an order?
Ask every new shop how they found you and note it in the enquiry record, then match it to the first invoice. A campaign that brings calls but no invoices needs a different page. Only your own record can show that, not a platform report.
Are marketplace leads worth the cost?
Judge them by invoices raised against the fee paid, not by enquiries received. Many marketplace leads are single-piece buyers or quote hunters. If they fit your trade-only policy and convert, keep them. If they do not, stop and spend the time on your own shops.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
