Pharmaceutical distributors · Website

Give chemists, hospital buyers and company managers a site that answers their questions.

A website for a pharmaceutical distributor is the first page a manager, purchase officer or new chemist reads about you. GullySales works on a site that states your licence details, range, facilities and delivery area plainly, with no medicine advertising.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Pharmaceutical distributors: show a real physical business scene illustrating Batch and expiry stock. Hold stock by item, batch, expiry and warehouse, and offer the earliest-dated batch first at billing unless the counter deliberately picks another one.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For pharmaceutical distributors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A manager reads the site before calling”

A regional manager checking a possible stockist opens the website first. A site with no licence details, no facilities and no named person suggests a business that is hard to verify, however well it runs in person.

  • “A purchase officer needs documents, not slogans”

A hospital buyer wants the licence, the contact for quotations, the delivery terms and how invoices are issued. A page with those facts saves a round of calls and signals a supplier who can pass the accounts team's checks.

  • “A public site meets the public”

Patients will land on it. A line at the top that says supply is to chemists, hospitals and clinics, with a kind pointer to their own chemist, keeps the site about the trade and avoids a stream of wrong calls.

What we do

What we deliver for pharmaceutical distributors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page for the trade

Who you supply, where, with what range, in plain words.

Result: A visitor knows in a minute whether you serve them.

  2. Licence and facilities page

Details your adviser confirms, godown, cold storage and vehicles.

Result: A buyer finds the facts that decide approval.

  3. A chemist account page

Terms for new chemists and a simple form to ask for supply.

Result: A new chemist can ask without calling.

  4. A hospital quotation page

A form that takes an item list and delivery site.

Result: Quotes arrive with details attached.

  5. A company manager page

Your capability profile and a contact for stockist enquiries.

Result: A manager finds the profile without asking.

  6. A contact and routing setup

Each form reaching a named person.

Result: No form goes to an unwatched inbox.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a trade visitor needs on the site before getting in touch.

become a stockist for my company
A page for company managers with godown size, staff, delivery area and a contact for appointment talks.
hospital quotation request
A form asking institution, role and the type of items in general terms, then a named contact from your quotation desk.
open an account as a chemist
A form for outlet name, owner and delivery area, with a list of documents the chemist should have ready.
drug licence and facilities
A page for what you may show under state rules, with documents available on request instead of printed in full.
delivery rounds and order timing
A short page listing areas, cut-off time for orders and who to call for a shortage.

Who it is for

This is written for these pharmaceutical distributors.

  • General pharma stockists supplying chemists across a city
  • Company-appointed C&F and redistribution stockists
  • Hospital and institutional medicine suppliers
  • Cold-chain stockists for vaccines, insulin and biologics
  • Ayurveda and herbal medicine distributors
  • Surgical and OTC range distributors serving chemists
  • Generic medicine suppliers to retail and institutional buyers
  • Veterinary medicine distributors serving animal clinics

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You would list medicines with prices for the public, which a trade site should not do.
  • Nobody can answer quotation requests, and the form would gather unanswered institutional enquiries.
  • Your licence papers are not current, and a facilities page would show information that needs correcting first.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site show prices?
Not a public price list. Trade terms go to approved buyers directly, by call or message. Rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own adviser what may appear publicly.
Do we need an online ordering system?
Not to begin. A quotation form and a WhatsApp number cover what trade buyers need first, and an ordering system can follow once your volumes and processes are steady enough to build around.
Who updates the site when a licence is renewed?
Name one person at your end who tells us, or edits the page, as soon as a licence is renewed. Out-of-date licence details damage the trust of a manager or purchase officer faster than leaving them off.
Who should keep licence details on the site current?
A named person, the owner or compliance lead, with a reminder when a licence is renewed. The reason is that an expired number on a public page misleads trade buyers. Remove anything the rules in your state do not allow.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
