3D printing service bureaus · Website

Build a site that explains what you print and takes the file in one step.

A website for a 3D printing bureau is the place where a designer checks what you print, how you quote and how to send a file. GullySales plans the pages, the upload step and the proof so the site answers the questions before they are asked on a call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For 3D printing service bureaus

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page cannot hold every process”

Resin, FDM, powder and metal each serve different people. A single page with a paragraph on each leaves everyone half informed. Give each process its own page and link them from a clear menu.

  • “File upload is the make-or-break step”

A large STL fails on a poor phone connection or a clumsy form. If the upload breaks, the designer goes to the bureau whose WhatsApp number worked. Test the route on a phone.

  • “Specifications build trust faster than adjectives”

Build volume, layer height range, materials, finishes and accepted formats let an engineer judge the fit. Words like high quality and precise do not.

  • “A site with no people feels like a drop box”

Show the workshop, the machines and the technician who reviews files. A buyer sending an expensive prototype wants to know a person is reading it.

What we do

What we deliver for 3D printing service bureaus.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page structure by process and use

A site map with a page for each process, each material family and each major buyer type.

Result: A visitor finds the page for their job in one click.

  2. File upload and enquiry form

A simple form that takes the file, material, quantity and date, with a fallback to chat.

Result: Enquiries arrive complete and in one place.

  3. Specification tables

Clear, accurate tables of what each machine and material offers, checked by your technician.

Result: An engineer can judge fit without a call.

  4. Gallery with captions

Photographs of finished parts, each with material, process and use.

Result: The gallery proves the work and supports search.

  5. Technical foundation

Mobile layout, speed, secure pages and basic search settings checked and fixed.

Result: Problems are listed and re-tested after the fix.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online instant quote?
Not at first. An instant quote needs file analysis and clear pricing rules. A good form with a promised human review is enough to start, and an instant quote can come later.
How many pages should the site have?
As many as you have real things to say about. A small bureau may need a home page, a page per process, a gallery, a guide and a contact route. More pages follow as you add machines.
Can we show prices?
You can show starting points for standard parts if you are happy to stand by them. Where price depends on the file, say so plainly and explain what it depends on.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
