Bakery product manufacturers · Website

Build a site where a purchase head checks your range before picking up the phone.

A website for a bakery manufacturer is the page a hotel, caterer, institution or gifting buyer reads to check range, sizes, delivery area and how to order. GullySales works on the structure, wording and order routes of that site, so it supports your sales team rather than sitting as a brochure.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For bakery product manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer wants specifics”

Sizes, weights, slicing, pack counts, minimum order and delivery area decide whether a kitchen proceeds. A site with only a gallery of cakes forces the buyer to phone for the basics.

  • “Two audiences share one address”

A household wanting a birthday cake and a hotel wanting buns arrive at the same web address. Two clear doors, one to order a cake and one for wholesale and food service, keep each visitor on the right path.

  • “Forms must reach a person”

An enquiry form that lands in an inbox nobody opens is worse than none. Route each one into the enquiry log and the WhatsApp desk, and show the buyer a confirmation.

  • “Real photographs say who you are”

Stock images of bread mark a trader. Photographs of your line, your packs and your van tell a buyer they are dealing with the maker.

What we do

What we deliver for bakery product manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map

The pages a buyer needs, laid out so cake buyers and wholesale buyers each find their path.

Result: The map lists every page and who it serves.

  2. A wholesale and food service page

Range, sizes, slicing, pack counts, minimum order, delivery area and a downloadable range sheet.

Result: A purchase head finds the specifics without calling.

  3. Festival booking pages

Cake and gift box pages with a booking form and closing date, reusable from one season to the next.

Result: The booking form feeds the production sheet.

  4. Order and enquiry routes

Forms, WhatsApp buttons and a call link, all leading to the same enquiry log.

Result: Each route is tested and lands in the log.

  5. A phone-first build

Pages that load and read well on the phone a shopkeeper or kitchen head uses.

Result: The site is checked on common phone screens before it goes live.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online ordering?
Not for route shops, which order through the driver or WhatsApp. Festival cakes and gift boxes suit a booking form. Whether to take payment online is your decision, and we set it up only if it fits your trade.
Can we edit the site ourselves?
Yes, for prices, festival dates and range changes, which are the parts that move. We set the site so your office can change those without a developer, and we show your staff how each edit is made before handover. Details a food business must display differ, so check with your own adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
