CNC milling companies · Website

Build a site where a buyer sees the part, the bed size and where to send the file.

A website for a milling shop is a set of pages showing the parts you cut, the materials and machines, and a clear way to send a model. GullySales plans the pages, writes the text with you and sets up the file intake.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For CNC milling companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A home page of machine names tells the buyer nothing”

A list of vertical machining centres and their brands means little to a designer with a bracket. Pages that lead with finished parts, materials and the largest size you can hold answer the question being asked.

  • “The buyer hunts for where to send the model”

A founder with a STEP file looks for a button, an address or a number. If the contact page is a form asking for a long message, the file goes to a shop with a WhatsApp link. The route for files must be on every page.

  • “Photographs from phones need care before they go up”

Dark images with cluttered backgrounds weaken good work. A plain background, even light and a caption naming the material and finish lift every part page without any new equipment.

  • “A site that never changes looks like a closed shop”

New capacity, new materials and recent parts should reach the site. A section that is easy to update means the estimator or supervisor can add a part after each job.

What we do

What we deliver for CNC milling companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page plan

A list of pages by part type, material and buyer: housings, plates, plastics, prototypes, tool rooms and machine builders.

Result: A map showing which page answers which buyer.

  2. Part pages

Each page has photographs, materials, finishes, bed size, axes and a button to send a model.

Result: Every part page ends with a route for files.

  3. File intake on every page

A visible WhatsApp link, email address and short form listing the details to send with the model.

Result: A buyer can send a file from any page.

  4. About and capacity page

A plain statement of machines, bed sizes, inspection equipment and the materials you hold, with photographs of the floor.

Result: A buyer can check whether your capacity fits their part.

  5. Update routine

A simple way for your team to add a new part photograph and caption after each job.

Result: New parts reach the site as jobs finish.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website or can you fix ours?
We start by looking at the one you have. If the structure and photographs can be improved, we do that. If the site cannot show parts or take files, we say so.
Should the site show prices?
A single price rarely fits because geometry and quantity change it. Show the factors, such as material, setup and quantity, and give a clear route for a quote.
Can we show our customers' names?
Only with their written permission. Without it, describe the industry and the part type, such as an electronics enclosure for an instrument maker, and leave the name out.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
