Confectionery manufacturers · Website

Give wholesalers, gifting buyers and importers one site that answers before they call.

A website for a confectionery maker is a catalogue, a trade page and an enquiry desk that stays open when the salesmen are on the road. GullySales works on the product pages, the trade and export pages and the forms, with facts checked against what you print on the pack.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For confectionery manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A brochure image hides what the buyer needs”

A catalogue saved as a single picture cannot be searched, copied or read on a small phone. Put each product on its own page, with flavours, pack sizes, shelf life and minimum order as text, and keep a downloadable sheet for those who want one.

  • “Wholesalers want terms, not slogans”

A wholesaler visiting your site looks for margin structure, scheme approach and damage terms. You may not publish figures, but you can set out how the relationship works and invite a call. A page that says only quality and taste gives no reason to ring.

  • “Private label and export need their own doors”

A brand owner or importer should not hunt through a shopper-style site. A dedicated page for each, with the questions you ask and the documents you can supply, tells them whether you are the right plant to approach.

  • “Food details must match the pack”

Weights, ingredients, flavours and licence details shown online must match what is printed. A difference between the site and the pack invites doubts. Have your consultant or the food authority confirm wording, and have the page checked against the pack before release.

What we do

What we deliver for confectionery manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A product catalogue

A page per product with flavours, pack sizes, shelf life and photos in text and image form.

Result: A buyer can compare your range without opening a PDF.

  2. A trade page

A page setting out how you work with wholesalers and van-route sellers, with a form to start a conversation.

Result: A new wholesaler knows how to approach you.

  3. Private label and export pages

Dedicated pages with the questions you ask, the documents you can supply and an enquiry form.

Result: Bulk enquiries arrive with the facts needed to quote.

  4. A festival assortment page

A page for gifting buyers with assortments, box contents and a booking form that closes on a set date.

Result: A gifting buyer can book without a phone call.

  5. Form and chat connection

Forms and chat buttons linked to your enquiry record, with a reply owner for each.

Result: No enquiry sits in an unread inbox.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to sell online from the site?
Not necessarily. A catalogue and enquiry site suits a trade-led maker. Add a shop later for gift assortments or traditional candies if you want to test retail.
Can the site be updated by our own staff?
Yes. We set it up so that a person on your team can change prices on sheets, add a product or close a festival booking, without needing a developer for each change.
Should we show our wholesale prices?
That is your decision. Some makers show pack sizes and invite a call for prices. If you do publish prices, keep them dated and consistent with what the salesmen quote.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
