Conveyor manufacturers · Website

Build a website that answers a plant engineer's questions before the call.

A website for a conveyor maker is the place where a planner checks your conveyor types, specifications and installations before deciding to enquire. GullySales works on the structure, the specification pages, the installation gallery and an enquiry sheet that collects the details for a quote.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For conveyor manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A list of products does not show the build”

Names like belt conveyor and roller conveyor on a menu tell a planner little. Pages need the frame, the rollers, the belt grade, the drive and the load range, written out where the buyer can compare them.

  • “The site is checked on a phone at the plant”

A supervisor opens your page on a phone in a shed. If images load slowly or the specification sits in a heavy PDF, the page is closed. Pages must read quickly on a small screen.

  • “Installations are the proof”

A gallery of running lines, each labelled with the setting and the problem, is the strongest page on the site. Without it, every maker looks the same.

  • “The enquiry form decides the quote”

A form asking only name and number gives the engineer nothing to price. A form that asks material, weight, length, floor and power, and accepts a photograph, starts the quote properly.

What we do

What we deliver for conveyor manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by type and use

Pages for each conveyor type and each setting served, linked so a planner can move between them.

Result: A visitor can find their use within a couple of clicks.

  2. Specification tables on the page

Plain tables of frame, roller, belt, drive and load details for each type.

Result: The page carries facts a buyer can compare with other quotes.

  3. An installation gallery

Photographs and clips of commissioned lines, labelled with setting and problem, cleared with the client.

Result: Proof of real work sits on the site.

  4. An enquiry form with engineering fields

A form collecting material, weight, run, floor and power supply, with space to attach a photograph.

Result: Enquiries arrive ready to quote.

  5. A mobile-friendly build

Pages sized and loaded to read on a phone at a site.

Result: The site works on a phone held in a plant.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the website show prices?
Not as a rule, because a conveyor price depends on length, load and build. Collect those details through the enquiry form and quote from them.
Do we need a new website or can the old one be fixed?
It depends on its structure. If pages can be added by type and use, the old site can be extended. If it cannot, rebuilding is cleaner. We look at the site before advising.
Can we include client names in the gallery?
Only with the client's permission, in writing. Where it is not given, describe the setting without the name and keep any identifying detail out of the photograph.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
