Corrugated box manufacturers · Website

A website that tells a buyer what you make and takes the size at once.

A website for a box plant is a set of pages for each box type, with sizes, photographs and a quick way to send a size and quantity. GullySales works on the structure, the writing and the enquiry route, so a buyer reaches your estimator with the details needed.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For corrugated box manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first screen should name the box and the place”

A buyer who lands on a page about 'packaging solutions' has to guess. A first screen that says corrugated boxes, 3, 5 and 7 ply, with your town, tells a purchase officer in one look whether to stay.

  • “A form that asks for the size beats one that asks for a message”

An open message box produces 'send rate'. A form with fields for inside size, ply, weight, quantity and delivery place produces a quote the estimator can price at once.

  • “Photographs from the plant build trust”

Buyers who have not visited look for proof. Photographs of the die-cutting table, the printing line and stacked dispatch show a working plant and tell a different story from a stock image.

  • “A phone-first layout matters”

Purchase officers and sellers open the site on mobile, sometimes in a factory office. Tap-to-call, a WhatsApp button and pages that load on a weak connection decide whether the enquiry is sent.

What we do

What we deliver for corrugated box manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page structure by box type

Pages for plain shipping, heavy duty export, printed and die-cut, produce and courier boxes.

Result: Each box type has a page of its own.

  2. Quote form and WhatsApp route

A short form and a message link asking for size, ply, load, quantity and place.

Result: Each request arrives with the details your estimator needs.

  3. Size chart and minimum lot page

A table of common sizes and a plain statement of the smallest order you accept.

Result: Sellers know at once whether you take their lot.

  4. Plant gallery and about page

Photographs of machines, people and dispatch with a short account of the plant.

Result: A buyer can see who makes the box.

  5. Mobile and speed work

Layout, image size and loading checked on phones.

Result: The site works on an ordinary phone connection.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online shop?
Not at the start. Boxes are quoted by size, ply and paper cost, so a quote form fits better than a cart. A catalogue of standard courier sizes could be sold online if your team wants it.
Whose photographs do we use?
Yours. We guide your team on what to shoot and how, and use those images on the pages. They show your plant, which a stock photograph cannot.
Can the site show our client names?
Only with their agreement. A logo on your page is a statement by that client, so ask first and note the answer.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
