Dyeing and processing units · Lead generation

Bring in weavers and garment makers whose cloth suits the machines you run.

Lead generation for a processing house means attracting cloth owners whose fibre, width and shade needs match what the plant runs well. A grey lot that the unit cannot process properly is a cost, not a lead. GullySales sets up the pages, outreach lists and enquiry routine that bring in suitable job-work.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For dyeing and processing units

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A vague enquiry wastes the lab's time”

A caller who says they need dyeing gives the unit nothing to quote from. Without fibre, width, shade reference and quantity, the lab prepares a dip for a job the plant may not be able to run, and the real buyer is the one still waiting.

  • “Capacity gaps need a different pitch from full weeks”

A unit with idle jet or stenter time wants a different kind of enquiry from one that is booked solid. Leads aimed at the wrong process leave the machines you most need to fill sitting empty.

  • “Exporters and weavers arrive by different doors”

A garment exporter wants papers, audit readiness and matched shades. A weaver wants a rate and a lab dip. One message sent to both fits neither, so each group needs its own entry point.

  • “A lead from a trader is a lead from the trader's customer too”

Fabric traders send grey bales on behalf of garment makers further down. The processor who records only the trader loses sight of the account that actually decides the shade.

What we do

What we deliver for dyeing and processing units.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Enquiry form that asks for the job

A short form and a WhatsApp prompt asking for fibre, width, finish, shade reference and approximate quantity.

Result: Every new enquiry reaches the lab with the details needed to quote.

  2. Process pages written for search

Separate pages for dyeing, printing, finishing and washing, naming fibres, widths and machines in the words a weaver types.

Result: A buyer can confirm the unit runs their quality without a call.

  3. Target lists by buyer type

Lists of weaving units, knitters, traders and exporters in your cluster, each with the reason they would send cloth out.

Result: A shortlist you approve before any outreach goes out.

  4. Idle-capacity matching

A note of which machines have room, so outreach points at the process that needs filling.

Result: Sales knows which process to push before it picks up the phone.

  5. Source tag on every enquiry

A field recording whether the enquiry came from search, a trader, an association or a past customer.

Result: A count of which source brings in lots that actually get booked.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the lead generation work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How do we stop getting enquiries for work we cannot do?
State plainly on each process page the fibres, widths and finishes the plant handles, and the ones it does not. An enquiry that arrives after reading that is far more likely to fit.
Should we chase every weaver in the cluster?
No. Start with units that already send cloth outside for processing and whose quality matches your machines. A short, checked list is easier to follow up than every name in the area.
Does a trader count as a lead or a channel?
Both. Record the trader as the sender, and also note the garment maker whose shade is being matched, so the account behind the bale is known to the lab and sales.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
