Fabric weaving mills · Website

Give buyers a site where each quality shows its construction, width and weight.

A website for a weaving mill is the place a buyer checks after hearing your name, to see what you weave and how to ask for a cutting. It works as a catalogue with a contact route. GullySales plans the pages, writes the construction details with your quality staff and sets up the enquiry path.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For fabric weaving mills

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A buyer checks the site after a broker names you”

A processor or trader told about your mill looks you up. A site with no construction detail looks like a unit with nothing to show, however good the cloth.

  • “Specifications beat adjectives”

Words like premium and superior tell a buyer nothing. Reed, pick, count, width, weight and use let them place your cloth against another unit's, and the page is stronger for it.

  • “The cutting request must be the easiest thing on the page”

A buyer who wants a cutting should see the request on every cloth page. If they must hunt for a contact, they ring the next mill.

  • “Phones are the first screen”

Buyers open links from WhatsApp on a phone. A page built only for a large screen, with heavy images, fails at the moment of interest.

What we do

What we deliver for fabric weaving mills.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Cloth family pages

One page for each cloth family showing the weave, count, width, weight, use and photographs.

Result: Each page states the construction beside the cloth photograph.

  2. Sample card and catalogue download

A light file of qualities and designs, opening on a phone and printing for visits.

Result: A buyer can download the card from any cloth page.

  3. Cutting request form

A short form asking for the construction, quantity and the buyer's use, with the details sent to your team.

Result: Requests arrive with the information needed to reply.

  4. Job-work page

A page explaining the looms available, the constructions possible and what to send with an enquiry.

Result: Job-work enquiries come in with yarn and quantity stated.

  5. About the mill page

A plain page on the looms, the weaving master's experience and the quality checks, written factually.

Result: A page that shows the buyer who stands behind the cloth.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these fabric weaving mills.

  • Powerloom units weaving grey cotton and polyester cloth
  • Shuttleless and rapier loom units for shirting and suiting
  • Dobby and jacquard weavers for furnishing and ethnic wear
  • Handloom weaver groups and cooperatives
  • Job-work weavers who weave on supplied yarn
  • Mills weaving denim and heavy cotton fabrics
  • Units weaving technical and industrial cloth
  • Weaving units that also sell finished cloth after processing

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we show premium designs on the site?
Only if you choose to. You can keep premium designs for named buyers and show standard qualities openly. We build the site so that restricted designs sit behind a request.
Can the site take orders?
It can take cutting and quote requests, which suits how mills sell. Online ordering of lots is rare in the trade, and we would plan it only if your buyers ask for it.
Who updates the site?
We set it up so that your team can add a new cloth or design without a developer. We train staff and leave a short guide, and we are available if you want us to do the updates.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
