Fertilizer manufacturers · Website

Build the site a dealer checks before agreeing and a grower searches by crop.

A website for a fertiliser manufacturer shows the plant, the range, the crop guidance and the dealer terms in one place. GullySales designs it for a phone first and writes it with your agronomist's review.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For fertilizer manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The dealer checks you before the call”

A shop owner offered a new brand looks for a plant address, a product range and proof the company exists. A site that shows these answers the question before it is asked.

  • “A farmer arrives from a crop search”

The visitor wants to know what to apply at a stage, not read the company history. Crop pages with a clear next step, whether a chat or a dealer locator, serve that visitor.

  • “A list of grades is not a range”

Pack sizes and grade numbers mean something to the trade only. Each product needs a plain statement of what it is for, which crops it suits and a note to follow the label.

  • “Phones with weak signals are the main device”

A heavy page that stalls on a village connection loses the visitor. Light images, short text and a clear call button matter more than animation.

What we do

What we deliver for fertilizer manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plant and company page

Location, products made, quality checks you actually run and how to reach the office.

Result: A dealer can confirm who you are in one page.

  2. Product pages with crop context

Each product with its form, pack sizes, intended crops and a clear note to follow the label.

Result: A visitor knows what each product is for.

  3. Crop guidance pages

Pages by crop and stage in the local language, linked from each relevant product.

Result: Searches by crop have a page to land on.

  4. A dealer enquiry and locator

A form and chat link for shop owners wanting terms, and a list of where your bags are stocked.

Result: A farmer finds the nearest stocking shop, and a new dealer finds you.

  5. A phone-first build with a content guide

A light site that loads on weak signals, with a short guide so your team can update crop pages.

Result: Your staff can add a crop page without calling for help.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to list every claim on the site?
No. List only what your agronomist and regulatory adviser have cleared, as rules differ by product and state.
Can the website take orders?
It can for specialty products if you want that. For main bags, it is better to capture the enquiry and send it to the dealer or distributor.
In how many languages should the site be?
In the languages your farmers read, with English for distributors and institutional buyers. We decide the order with you after looking at where your sales are.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
