Flour mills · Website

Give your mill a site that shows the flours, the packs and how to order.

A website for a flour mill is a small set of pages that show what you grind, in which packs, where you deliver and how to reach you. GullySales builds it for a phone screen first, since buyers will open it from a message or a map.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For flour mills

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A buyer opens the site from a message”

Someone taps a link in WhatsApp and lands on the page. If it loads slowly or hides the number, they go back and message another mill.

  • “A site must say where the mill delivers”

A family that cannot tell whether you reach their ward does not ask. A clear list of wards and towns saves both sides a call.

  • “Bakers and institutions want a different page”

A baker looks for flour uses and trial lots; a warden looks for rates and quality papers. A separate page for each stops the household copy getting in their way.

  • “Trust comes from the real mill”

A photograph of the actual mill, a real address and a named contact do more than a stock picture. Visitors can see the place is operating.

What we do

What we deliver for flour mills.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page that states what you grind

The flours, pack sizes, area served and a button to message the mill.

Result: A first-time visitor knows within a screen what the mill sells.

  2. A page for each flour

Atta, maida, rava, besan and multigrain lines, each with use and pack size.

Result: Each flour is listed on its own page.

  3. A page for bakers and institutions

Trial lot request, rate enquiry and quality document list.

Result: A baker or warden can request a trial or a quote from the page.

  4. A contact and map block

Address, map, timings, phone and a message button, matching the Google profile.

Result: Contact details on the site match the profile exactly.

  5. A mobile check

Testing on a small phone and a slow connection.

Result: The site opens and the buttons work on a basic phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these flour mills.

  • Chakki atta mills selling loose and packed flour
  • Packed atta brands selling through kirana shops

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online shop?
Not necessarily. A page and WhatsApp ordering come first for a small mill. An online shop needs payment, delivery and returns handling that suit only some mills.
What should the site say about quality?
Only what your records support, such as where the grain is sourced. Check labelling and food advertising rules with your own adviser.
Who updates the site?
You should be able to change a price or a photograph yourself, or ask us to. We set it up so a small change does not need a rebuild.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
