FMCG and beverage brands · Website

Give distributors, buyers and shoppers one site that answers where to buy and how to stock.

A website for an FMCG or beverage brand shows the range, tells shoppers where to find it and gives a distributor or bulk buyer a way to enquire. It does not need a shopping cart to work. GullySales plans the pages around the questions your distributors, canteen buyers and chains ask, and builds the enquiry path that reaches your sales team.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 6 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For FMCG and beverage brands

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first visitor is often a distributor, not a shopper”

A distributor in another district hears of the brand, searches for it and wants the product range, the company and a way to contact the team. A site with only a pack shot and no enquiry route sends the visit to a rival whose page does.

  • “Shoppers ask where to buy”

A visitor who liked a drink at a wedding wants the nearest shop or a way to order a 20-litre can. A list of towns served and a contact for delivery answers the question, where an empty product gallery sends the visitor away.

  • “Documents belong on the site”

Chains and canteen contractors ask for the licence details, pack specifications, barcodes and images. When they sit on a page behind a simple request, the buyer has what is needed to list the product, and the sales team is spared repeated emails.

  • “Pack pages need accuracy before design”

The label on the site must match the label on the pack: ingredients, net quantity, MRP and licence declarations. A mismatch creates a complaint with a chain buyer. The page is checked against the printed pack by someone who reads both.

What we do

What we deliver for FMCG and beverage brands.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Range pages with pack sizes

Each product with its pack sizes, case count and a clear image, written to match the printed label.

Result: A buyer sees the full range and the case sizes.

  2. Distributor enquiry page

A page for district distributors and wholesalers, saying what the brand offers and asking for godown, vehicle and area details.

Result: Distributor enquiries arrive with the facts you need.

  3. Where to buy and bulk supply page

Towns served, delivery for 20-litre cans, and a form for caterers, canteens and event organisers.

Result: Shoppers and bulk buyers each find a route to you.

  4. Trade downloads

Pack images, barcodes, specification sheets and company details for chains and quick commerce teams, offered on request.

Result: A listing request needs fewer emails.

  5. Phone-first layout and enquiry routing

Pages that load on a basic phone, with a call and WhatsApp button, and enquiries routed to the right person on your team.

Result: Every enquiry has an owner.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need to sell online from our own site?
No. For most brands in this trade the site is a place for distributors, bulk buyers and shoppers to find you, with the sale made through shops, chains and apps. Add a cart only when you can pack, ship and refund a case on your own.
What must the site say about licences and labels?
Show only what is true and current for your product, such as the food licence number and the pack declarations. Rules on labels and claims differ by product and change over time, so have your regulatory adviser read the pages before they go live.
Who should update the site when a scheme or price changes?
Name one person at your company, and keep prices and schemes off the public pages where a change would leave them wrong. Put the changing material in the distributor message or the trade download, and keep the site for what stays true.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
