Industrial instrumentation manufacturers · Website

Build a site where an engineer can check the specification and send the data.

A website for an instrumentation maker is the technical reference a buyer opens to confirm a model, a range and your works before sending an enquiry. GullySales works on the product pages, the downloads and the enquiry sheet that make that check easy.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For industrial instrumentation manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is read like a data sheet”

An instrument engineer scans for range, output, connection and material. If the answer sits two clicks away or in an image, the engineer moves to the next vendor's page.

  • “An EPC reader looks for the works and references”

A vendor registration team wants to see your facility, your quality system and the plants you have supplied. A page that gathers these makes the registration paperwork easier to start.

  • “A contact form that asks too little wastes a call”

A form with a name and a message gives your engineer nothing to price from. A form that asks for the fluid, pressure, temperature and line size brings an enquiry that can be worked.

  • “Phones are used on the plant floor”

A maintenance engineer opens your site on a phone beside the failed device. Heavy pages and tiny tables that need zooming lose that visit, so tables and downloads must work on a small screen.

What we do

What we deliver for industrial instrumentation manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Product pages with text specifications

One page per instrument family with range, output, connection and materials in text and the data sheet to download.

Result: A buyer can confirm suitability without leaving the page.

  2. A works and capability page

Facility, test and calibration setup, quality documents and plant types supplied, as you can document them.

Result: An EPC engineer has a page to cite in a registration.

  3. An enquiry sheet on the site

A short form for process conditions with fields for the fluid, pressure, temperature, line size and output.

Result: New enquiries arrive with the data needed to price.

  4. A downloads area with version control

Current data sheets, certificates and catalogues named and dated.

Result: Old files are removed and the right file is easy to find.

  5. Mobile and speed checks

Pages tested on phones and slow connections, with tables that scroll cleanly.

Result: A phone visitor can read the specification and send the form.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these industrial instrumentation manufacturers.

  • Pressure, temperature and level transmitter makers
  • Flow meter makers, including electromagnetic, vortex and ultrasonic
  • Analyser makers for pH, conductivity and gas
  • Control valve and positioner makers
  • Panel meters, recorders and indicators makers

  • Instrumentation firms that also build control panels
  • Makers focused on water, effluent and sewage plants

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we show customer names on the site?
Only with their written consent. List plant types and applications freely, and name a customer only when they have agreed, since some plants do not wish their suppliers to be public.
Do we need a new site or can we improve the current one?
Review first. If the structure allows specification pages and a proper enquiry sheet, improve it. If not, rebuild only the parts that block the buyer, and keep working URLs so existing search visibility stays.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
