Interior panel manufacturers · Website

Build a site where a designer can see a finish up close and request the sample.

A website for a panel maker is a library of finishes with true photographs, sizes, fixing notes and a plain route to a sample, a rate or a dealer. GullySales plans the pages, writes the content and sets up the forms and tracking, built to load on a site-visit phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For interior panel manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The phone is the main screen”

Designers browse on a phone between meetings, and carpenters on a site. A site built for a desktop, with heavy images and small text, loses them. Large close-ups that load readily and buttons that are easy to tap serve the real visitor.

  • “Texture needs photographs made for it”

A flat product shot hides the very thing a panel is bought for. Close-ups in raking light, an installed room and a hand beside the board show depth and scale. These images do more than any description.

  • “Specification sits where the buyer looks”

Size, thickness, material, fixing method and care are what a designer needs before asking. Buried in a PDF, they prompt a call. Written on the finish page, they answer the question and leave the call for the real discussion.

  • “A site without a next step is a brochure”

A visitor who loves a finish and finds no way to ask walks away. Every page needs a sample request, a rate enquiry or a dealer locator, and a WhatsApp tap for those who prefer chat.

What we do

What we deliver for interior panel manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A finish library

One page per finish with a large close-up, an installed room, size, thickness, fixing and care.

Result: A visitor sees a finish up close and on a wall.

  2. Panel-type pages

Pages for WPC, fluted, acoustic, laminate, veneer, ceiling and partition panels, each linking to its finishes.

Result: A buyer starts from the panel type or the finish.

  3. A sample request page

A short form and a WhatsApp tap that capture studio, project and finish.

Result: Each request names a studio and a finish.

  4. A dealer locator

A page of stockists by town with addresses and numbers.

Result: A visitor finds the nearest stockist.

  5. A project gallery with permissions

Installed sites with the designer credited, shown only where the owner agreed.

Result: Each gallery entry has a recorded permission.

  6. Tracking and speed work

Enquiry tracking, image compression and a mobile test.

Result: The site opens well on an ordinary phone and enquiries are counted.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site have prices?
A rate card for trade buyers works best behind a request, because rates change with quantity. Public pages carry specifications and a quote button.
Can we keep our current website?
Sometimes. We review it first, keep what works and replace what hides your finishes.
Do we need an online store?
Not for most panel makers, since orders pass through dealers and contractors. A request-based site fits that chain better. We check your order flow before deciding.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
