Laboratory and scientific equipment suppliers · Website

Let the quality chemist find the instrument by the numbers on the data sheet.

A website for a laboratory supplier is a catalogue a buyer can search by specification, compare against a tender clause and act on without a phone call. GullySales works on the product pages, the documents and the enquiry route that sit behind a purchase committee's decision.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For laboratory and scientific equipment suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A grid of product names answers nobody's question”

A buyer types a range, a capacity or a standard, not a product name. A grid with one line per item and a catalogue in PDF form gives the search engine nothing to match, and gives the buyer nothing to copy into a specification.

  • “The authorisation letter is asked for before the quotation”

A tender wants to know that you are an authorised dealer of the make. If the page hides the letter, the purchase officer rings to ask or moves to a supplier who shows it. Put the proof where it is read.

  • “Brand and model searches arrive with a different intent”

A buyer who searches a brand and a model number is checking who sells it in their state. A buyer who searches by specification is still choosing. One page has to serve both without losing either.

  • “A dead enquiry form loses the college that was ready to buy”

A department that wants a quotation will fill a form once. If the form asks too much, goes to an unread inbox or fails on a phone, the lead is gone, and nobody in your office will know it was ever there.

What we do

What we deliver for laboratory and scientific equipment suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each instrument and model

Range, capacity, accuracy, chamber size, the standard it is built to, warranty and what is included in the box, written in the terms a specification uses.

Result: A buyer can lift the text into a tender clause.

  2. Downloadable specification sheets

One sheet per model, available without a form, with the make, model number and a place for the quotation reference.

Result: The purchase officer gets the document without writing to you.

  3. An authorisation and documents page

The dealer authorisation letters, registrations and standard papers a tender asks for, placed on one page and linked from each product.

Result: The file a buyer asks for is already visible.

  4. A short quotation request form

A form that asks for the instrument, the institution and a contact, and goes to a named inbox and into your quotation register.

Result: Each request arrives with a date against it.

  5. A consumables page by pack size

Glassware, media and disposables listed by size, grade and pack, so the bench technician can find the item and ask for the rate.

Result: A reorder starts from the website rather than from memory.

  6. A service and calibration page

What you service, which instruments you calibrate and how a breakdown is reported, written for the lab that is checking who will come after the sale.

Result: The service question is answered before it is asked.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we publish prices on the website?
For consumables with a standard pack, a rate can help the buyer decide. For instruments, rates depend on the make, the configuration and the institution, so ask for a quotation. State the reason plainly instead of leaving a blank.
We sell imported instruments. How do we avoid copying the principal's brochure?
Write your own page around what your buyers ask: installation, service in the state, calibration and spares. Use the principal's specifications accurately and with permission, and add what only you know. Check the principal's terms for use of images and text.
Is a catalogue PDF enough?
No. A PDF cannot be found by the details inside it as easily as a page, and it cannot be updated model by model. Keep the PDF as a download, but build the pages first.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
