Laser cutting companies · Website

Build a site that answers the buyer's first three questions before the phone rings.

A website for a laser cutting shop is a small set of pages that state the machine, the material and thickness range, the rate rules and how to send a file. GullySales plans and writes those pages so a workshop can judge fit without calling.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For laser cutting companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first question is whether you can cut it”

A buyer with a sheet in hand wants to know material, thickness and bed size. If the site buries these in a paragraph about quality and service, the buyer leaves. A table near the top answers the question in one look.

  • “The second is how to send the file”

Fabricators want to attach a DXF and move on. A site with only a contact form and a long enquiry page adds work. A WhatsApp link, an email route and a short list of what to include make the step simple.

  • “The third is how you price”

Buyers do not expect a final rate on a page. They do want to know whether you quote by metre, by sheet or by part, and who keeps the offcut. Stating that builds trust before the first quote.

  • “Photographs of real parts outweigh stock images”

A stock picture of a laser beam says nothing about your machine. A photograph of your cut edge, your nested sheet and your parts shows capability. It also gives search something unique to read.

What we do

What we deliver for laser cutting companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A capacity table

Metals, thickness range, bed size and laser power laid out in one table near the top of the page.

Result: A table a buyer can read in seconds.

  2. A file route

A clear block showing how to send a DXF or DWG, what to include and the formats accepted.

Result: A step the buyer can complete without a call.

  3. A pricing and offcut page

How you quote, how wastage and offcuts are handled, and the difference between supplied and bought sheets.

Result: A page that settles the questions buyers argue about later.

  4. Work and decorative pages

Photographs of finished parts, jali panels, nameplates and tube work, each with material and thickness.

Result: Pages of real work that suit both fabricators and designers.

  5. Mobile layout and speed check

The pages checked on a phone, since most buyers open them from a chat or a listing.

Result: A site that reads well on the screen buyers use.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many pages does the site need?
A small shop needs a home page, a capacity page, a rate and offcut page, a work page and a contact route. Add tube and decorative pages if you want that work. More pages help only when each answers something.
Do we need to show prices?
Not necessarily. Show how you price and what a buyer must supply to receive a rate. A rate card is optional and your call, and we write it only if you want it published.
Can the site connect to WhatsApp?
Yes. A button that opens a chat on the business number is standard and works on phones. We set a first line that asks the buyer to attach the file and note material and thickness.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
