LED lighting manufacturers · Website

Give the dealer, the consultant and the tender officer each a page that answers them.

A website for an LED lighting maker is the one place a dealer checks the scheme, a consultant downloads a report and a tender officer verifies a certificate. GullySales builds it with a separate path for each of those readers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For LED lighting manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A single catalogue serves nobody”

A homeowner's electrician, a warehouse manager and a municipal engineer arrive with different questions. A website that opens with one product grid forces each to dig. Three clear doors, for dealers, for projects and for institutions, send them to the right pages.

  • “Specification must be readable on a phone”

A site engineer checks a datasheet on a phone while standing on the floor. Tables of wattage, lumen output and driver details that need pinching and scrolling sideways lose that reader. The figures should fit the screen in plain text.

  • “Certificates carry weight on the page”

Buyers for organisations look for the BIS details and test reports before they call. Showing the certificate number, what it covers and a downloadable report on the product page removes a question the sales team would otherwise answer by phone.

  • “The dealer page must close the loop”

A shop owner interested in your range needs to see the scheme outline, claim steps and a way to register interest. A page that ends in a general contact form sends that person away before the sales team hears from them.

What we do

What we deliver for LED lighting manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Three entry paths

Clear doors for dealers, project buyers and institutional buyers from the home page.

Result: Each reader reaches a page written for them within a click.

  2. Range pages with text specifications

Each fitting described with figures in text, photographs and installed examples.

Result: A reader gets the full specification on the page.

  3. Downloads centre

Datasheets, photometric files and test reports grouped by fitting.

Result: A consultant finds every document for a fitting in one place.

  4. Project enquiry form

A form asking for floor area, mounting height, hours of use and city.

Result: Each submission is sized before anyone phones back.

  5. Become a dealer page

The outline of the dealer programme, claim steps and a registration form.

Result: Interested dealers register and appear in the dealer sheet.

  6. White-label page

Production capability, batch consistency and confidentiality, stated for brand owners.

Result: A brand owner can reach a decision-maker from this page.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should prices be shown on the website?
Keep prices out of public pages, since dealers hold different schemes and costs change. Show specifications, certificates and a clear route to ask for a quotation or a dealer price list.
Do we need a separate site for a white-label business?
A separate section is enough for a maker of your size. It needs its own page with capability and confidentiality, and it must not show any brand owner's name or volume without their written agreement.
What belongs on the home page first?
The three doors for dealers, project buyers and institutions, then one line on what you make and where you supply. Certificates and a downloads link sit within reach. A single clear button per view keeps the next step obvious.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
