Lighting fixture manufacturers · Website

Build the site so a designer finds the datasheet, the file and the sample form in a click.

A website for a lighting maker is the working catalogue that designers, dealers and project buyers use before they speak to you. GullySales plans the structure, the fixture pages and the forms so each visitor reaches what they need.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For lighting fixture manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The datasheet is the main page”

A designer comes for the specification and photometric file. If those sit behind a form or a vague brochure link, the designer moves to a maker whose file downloads at once. Put the facts in front.

  • “Browse by space and by type”

Some visitors think in rooms, such as lobby or living room, and some in fixture types, such as profile or downlight. A site offering both routes serves the designer and the homeowner without forcing either to guess.

  • “A dealer needs a locator and a trade door”

Homeowners who like a chandelier want to see it somewhere. A dealer locator answers that. Trade partners want ordering details and brand material, which belong on a separate, clearly labelled page.

What we do

What we deliver for lighting fixture manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure for the range

Fixture families, spaces, datasheets, projects, dealers and contact, planned as a map before any design.

Result: Every visitor type has a clear route in.

  2. Fixture pages with specifications and downloads

One page per fixture with plain-text specification, installed photographs, finishes and datasheet and file downloads.

Result: A designer finds each value and file on the fixture page.

  3. A sample request and enquiry form

Forms that record the role, the fixture and the space, and send the details to your enquiry record.

Result: Each form fill arrives complete enough to act on.

  4. A dealer locator and trade page

A list of dealers by town for buyers, and a separate page with stocking details for trade.

Result: Homeowners find a shop and dealers find the terms to start.

  5. Speed and mobile checks

A review of image sizes, loading and layout on a phone, since a designer may open it on site.

Result: The site loads and reads properly on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should the catalogue stay a PDF?
Keep a PDF for sending, but build the range as pages as well. Pages can be searched, linked and updated; a single file cannot. Each fixture should have its own page with the datasheet attached.
Do we need an online shop?
Only if you sell directly to homeowners. A lighting maker sells through dealers and projects, where an enquiry and sample route fits better than a cart. We decide after reviewing how you sell.
Who maintains the site afterwards?
Agree this before building. Someone on your side should be able to add a fixture and replace a datasheet. We design the pages so that routine updates do not need a developer.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
