Machine tool manufacturers · Website

Build a site where the specification is readable and the demo is one tap away.

A website for a machine tool maker is the place a shortlisted buyer checks specifications, service cover and the way to book a demo. GullySales works on the model pages, the structure, the service content and the enquiry routes.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For machine tool manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer arrives with the shortlist”

A job shop owner who has heard your name from a friend opens the site to check the machine. If the travel, spindle and controller are missing, the owner calls a rival whose figures are on the page.

  • “Phones do the reading”

Owners and operators browse on a phone in the shop. A table that needs a pinch to read or a PDF that takes long to open loses them. The layout has to work on a small screen first.

  • “Service belongs on the front”

For a buyer worried about a breakdown, the service page answers the main fear. Engineers by town, spare parts stock and the breakdown call route should be easy to find from any model page.

  • “Dealers and direct sales need the same site”

A buyer in Coimbatore wants the local dealer's name, while a buyer in a town without one wants the factory. The site should show the right contact for the town and log both kinds of enquiry.

What we do

What we deliver for machine tool manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A model page template

Photo, clip, specification table, suited work, options and a demo booking line, used for every machine.

Result: Every model page has the same fields in the same order.

  2. A site structure

Machine types, models, applications, service, dealers and finance guidance, arranged so a buyer reaches a specification in two taps.

Result: Reach any model's specification from the home page quickly on a phone.

  3. A dealer locator

A page listing dealers by town with their agreement, so a buyer finds the contact for their town.

Result: Choose a town and see the dealer to call.

  4. A demo booking form

A short form asking the component, material and preferred date, which feeds the shared enquiry record.

Result: A booking appears in the record with the part noted.

  5. A page of service facts

Service centres, spares and the breakdown route, written from confirmed facts only.

Result: A buyer can read where the nearest engineer sits.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we keep our existing website?
The model pages can be rebuilt inside it. We look at what you have, keep what works and replace the parts that hold buyers back, such as brochure-only models.
Should the site list prices?
Machine prices move with configuration and freight, so the page carries the specification and leaves the price to the dealer's quote. Check any rule on published prices in your dealer agreement.
Do we need a separate site for each brand or range?
One site with clear sections is easier for buyers and for search. We split only where the audience or the product is truly different.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
