Metal stamping companies · Website

Build a site an audit team can read before it visits the plant.

A website for a stamping company is the first audit a vendor development team does, before anyone visits. GullySales builds the part family pages, the press and tool room pages and the enquiry form that collects a drawing in the right order.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For metal stamping companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer treats the site as a pre-audit”

Before a visit, the quality team reads the site to check presses, certifications and sectors. Gaps there create questions at the audit. A page that answers them lets the visit start further along.

  • “Press details need context”

Tonnage and bed size mean little alone. Pair each press range with the part sizes, materials and thickness it runs, and show a photograph. The buyer can then match a drawing to a machine.

  • “The tool room deserves its own page”

A shop that builds and repairs its own dies holds a strong advantage. Show die types, design tools, the try-out press and how repair is handled. Buyers read it as lower schedule risk.

  • “The enquiry form decides the quote”

A form asking only name and phone brings vague calls. Ask for the drawing, material, thickness, yearly volume and who owns the die, so the first reply can be a real question.

What we do

What we deliver for metal stamping companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure

Home, part families, processes, presses, tool room, quality, sectors and contact, laid out for a buyer.

Result: A purchase engineer finds each answer in a click or two.

  2. Part family pages

One page for each family with photographs, materials, process and sectors served.

Result: A page exists for every part you want to win.

  3. Press and tool room pages

Ranges, bed sizes, die types and repair capability with photographs.

Result: A buyer can match a drawing to your equipment.

  4. Quality and certification page

Inspection equipment, approval formats and certificates held, stated plainly.

Result: The audit team reads the facts before the visit.

  5. Enquiry form with drawing upload

Fields for drawing, material, thickness, volume and die ownership.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with the facts a quote needs.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these metal stamping companies.

  • Auto component stampers supplying two-wheeler and four-wheeler plants

  • Fine blanking and precision blanking shops
  • Press shops offering secondary operations such as tapping, welding and plating
  • Job-work press shops serving other fabricators

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show customer names?
Only with the customer's permission. Without it, name the sectors and the part types. A buyer still learns what you have run.
Does the site need to be in English only?
English serves purchase and quality teams in the plants you target. Add another language only where a real buyer group asks for it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
