Mining and quarrying companies · Local SEO

Let the driver, the site engineer and the buyer find your gate on a map.

Local SEO for a quarry or mine is the work of appearing in map and nearby results when someone searches for a material close to a loading point. It also gets a tipper driver to the right gate. GullySales sets up and maintains the business profile for each yard and office, and records the calls that come from it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For mining and quarrying companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A tipper driver searches the map, not the website”

A new driver sent to collect a load types the quarry name into a map app and follows the first pin. If the pin sits on the head office in town, the tipper stands at the wrong road and the load waits.

  • “A yard and an office are two different places”

The registered office, the crusher and the stock yard are often in three locations. One profile that mixes them sends buyers to the office when they need the weighbridge, and sends visitors to the pit when they need the accounts desk.

  • “Reviews come from contractors who are never asked”

A builder who took thirty loads of jelly this season has an opinion, and no one has asked for it. A rival with two written reviews looks safer on the map than a yard that supplied the whole district.

  • “The service area is a list of towns, not a radius”

A site engineer in a town on the far side of a ghat road is not near the quarry in any sense that matters. Naming the towns you actually deliver to keeps the calls you cannot serve away and brings the ones you can.

What we do

What we deliver for mining and quarrying companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business profile for each yard and office

Separate profiles with the right pin, the road name, the gate, working hours and the material list, kept apart so each one sends people to the correct place.

Result: A driver opening the map reaches the loading gate.

  2. Service area written as towns

The towns and roads you deliver to, entered as places and repeated on your page for each one.

Result: A contractor in a listed town sees you serve their area.

  3. Photographs of the real yard

The gate board, the weighbridge, the stock heaps and a loaded tipper, each taken on site and labelled with the material shown.

Result: A buyer recognises the place when the tipper arrives.

  4. A way to ask contractors for reviews

A short message the dispatch desk sends after a delivery, with a link to the review page and no gift attached.

Result: Written reviews reflect loads that were actually supplied.

  5. Call and direction records

A note of calls and direction requests that come from the profile, kept beside the enquiry record.

Result: You can see whether the map brings calls that become loads.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these mining and quarrying companies.

  • Stone quarries for aggregate and jelly
  • M-sand and crusher dust units
  • Granite and dimension stone quarries
  • Marble, sandstone and Kota stone units
  • Iron ore and manganese mines
  • Limestone and dolomite mines for plants
  • Sand and gravel suppliers
  • Crusher and screening plants

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can a quarry have a business profile at all?
Yes, a working yard or office with a real address can be listed. Check the platform's current rules on pits, sites and service areas before setting it up. We read those rules with you and list only places you operate from.
Should the pin point at the pit or at the office?
Use two profiles if you have two places that receive visitors. The pit or yard profile carries the loading gate and the material list, and the office profile carries the accounts desk and the address on your papers.
What if a rival posts a false review?
Reply politely and plainly, then report it through the platform's own process. Do not answer in anger and do not ask friendly contractors to post praise in return. Check the platform's current rules on what can be removed.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
