Natural stone manufacturers · Website

Build a site where every stone has a page, a sheet and a way to ask for a sample.

A website for a natural stone manufacturer is the place where a specifier checks the stone, the finish, the size and the sample route before contacting you. GullySales works on stone pages, downloadable sheets, daylight photographs and the forms that start a sample request.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For natural stone manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is read as a sample drawer”

A designer opens the site to compare stones. A page per stone and finish, with clear photographs and sizes, behaves like a drawer of samples they can pull out and look at.

  • “Photographs carry the argument”

Natural colour is the main reason a stone is chosen. Photographs in daylight, laid and close up, dry and wet, convince better than any paragraph, and poorly lit shots send the specifier to a competitor.

  • “The technical sheet is the real destination”

Architects look for a file to drop into a specification folder. A site that hides sizes and tolerances in a catalogue image forces a phone call that the buyer would rather not make.

  • “The site is opened on a phone at the site gate”

Contractors and site engineers check details on mobile data. Heavy images and slow pages lose them, so the pages have to load on a modest connection.

What we do

What we deliver for natural stone manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for every stone and finish

Pages with photographs, sizes, thickness, uses and a clear next step, built to a consistent layout.

Result: Every stone you sell can be found and compared.

  2. Downloadable specification sheets

One-page sheets for each stone with sizes, tolerances, finish and tests held, linked from the stone pages.

Result: An architect can download and file the sheet in one step.

  3. A sample request form

A short form that records the project, the stone, the finish and the delivery address and sends it to a named person.

Result: Each request is logged and owned from the start.

  4. A project and quarry section

Consented photographs of finished work, the quarry and the cutting floor, with the stone and finish named.

Result: A buyer can see the source and the stone in use.

  5. An export and small-order page

A page for importers and another for small buyers, each with the right route and terms.

Result: Different buyers reach the right route at once.

  6. A phone-first build

Images sized for mobile data and pages tested on a modest phone connection.

Result: The site loads at a site gate.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What range of stones should the site show?
All the stones you actively sell, each with its finishes. A stone with no page is a stone a specifier cannot find.
Can we show prices?
That is your decision. Stone sellers either show a starting range or leave rates to a quotation, and we build either with a clear quotation route.
Do we need a new site or can you fix the current one?
We look at the current site first. If it can carry the stone pages, sheets and forms, we build on it, and if not, we say so.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
