Packaged drinking water manufacturers · Website

Build a small site that tells a buyer the areas, can sizes and how to order.

A website for a water plant is a short set of pages that tell a visitor where you deliver, what you supply and how to order. GullySales works on the page plan, the wording and the order and call buttons.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For packaged drinking water manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor wants to know if you reach their road”

A buyer lands on the site with one question: do you deliver to my colony? A page that lists localities and offers a quick check answers it. A page of purity claims does not.

  • “The phone number must be the biggest thing on the screen”

Visitors are on a phone and want to call or message. A visible call button and a WhatsApp link at the top of every page are worth more than a gallery of pictures.

  • “Different visitors need different pages”

A household, a caterer and a dealer want different information. Giving each a page, linked from the front, stops them reading answers meant for someone else.

  • “Documents build trust with institutional buyers”

Committees and procurement teams ask to see licence copies and test reports. A page that tells them how to request what you hold saves a round of calls.

What we do

What we deliver for packaged drinking water manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page plan

Home, areas served, home and office supply, events, dealers and contact, drawn up before anything is built.

Result: A list of pages with the buyer each one is for.

  2. Area and can size page

The localities served, the can and bottle sizes, delivery days and deposit note.

Result: A visitor can confirm service for their road and see what is supplied.

  3. Order and call buttons

Call, WhatsApp and an enquiry form placed on every page.

Result: Each page gives a buyer a one-tap way to reach you.

  4. Event and dealer pages

A rate card with cut-off for events, and a terms sheet for shops.

Result: Caterers and shopkeepers find their own page at once.

  5. Document request page

A page that lists the documents you hold and tells institutional buyers how to ask for copies.

Result: Admin heads know where to look for paperwork.

  6. Mobile and speed check

The site tested on an ordinary phone and a slow connection, with fixes listed.

Result: The pages open and read well on a basic handset.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many pages does a small plant need?
Few. A home page, areas served, supply for homes and offices, events, dealers and contact cover the buyers you serve. Add pages only when a real buyer question needs one.
Should we take orders on the website?
An enquiry form with address, can size and quantity is enough to begin. A full online shop suits a plant with settled routes and the staff to handle it. Start simple and see what buyers use.
Who maintains the site?
Someone in your office should be able to change rates, areas and photographs without a developer. We set up the pages so that those edits are simple.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
