Personal care product manufacturers · Website

Give a buyer the facts they check before they ever call the plant.

A website for a personal care plant is a vendor file a buyer can read: what you make, in what batch sizes and packs, under which licence, and how to ask for a sample. GullySales plans and writes the pages and sets up the sample request path.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For personal care product manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A factory photograph is not a capability page”

A site with a gate, a line and a contact number says the plant exists. It does not tell a brand owner whether you fill creams in tubes at the batch size they want.

  • “Licence and records are the first check”

A purchase team looks for the licence the plant operates under and signs of batch control. If the site hides them, the buyer assumes they are missing and moves to the next name.

  • “The sample path must be obvious”

A founder who wants to try the product should find the request within a moment, on a phone. A buried contact page loses the enquiry to a plant whose form is on the front.

  • “The site must work without showing client labels”

Since labels are confidential, the site relies on product families, process and plant records. Written well, it still tells a buyer what the plant can make and how it behaves.

What we do

What we deliver for personal care product manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by product family and buyer

Pages for each family and for each buyer type, with a plain path from home page to sample request.

Result: A buyer can reach the right page in a few clicks.

  2. A plant and quality page

Plant details, licence information and quality practice written from your own documents and checked by your regulatory consultant.

Result: A purchase team finds the facts it asks for.

  3. A downloadable vendor pack

A document with licence, plant details and product families, ready for a registration form.

Result: The vendor pack is one download away.

  4. A sample request form and tracking

A short mobile-friendly form that sends enquiries into your record with the product and pack noted.

Result: Each form entry lands in the enquiry list with its details.

  5. Mobile and speed checks

Pages tested on common phones and slower connections, since buyers open links from chat.

Result: The site reads cleanly on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
It depends on what is there. We review the existing site first and rebuild only what cannot be mended. Sometimes new pages on the current site are enough.
Can we list products and prices?
Product families and pack formats, yes. Prices for made-to-order batches depend on formula, pack and quantity, so plants invite a quote request instead of posting a rate.
Who updates the site afterwards?
You can, or we can, as agreed. We set it up so common changes, such as a new product family, do not need a rebuild.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
