Pickle manufacturers · Website

Give every pickle its own page, with a clear way to order and a clear way to trust.

A website for a pickle manufacturer is a set of pages that shows the range, explains each pickle and takes the order or passes it to WhatsApp. GullySales plans the pages, the wording and the order route, and sets up what your licence adviser needs on display.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For pickle manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A website must show the jar and the plate”

Buyers cannot taste, so they judge by pictures. A page with a sharp jar photograph and a serving shot of the pickle with rice or paratha shows oil, colour and texture. Dark, cropped or stock images make the pickle look like every other brand.

  • “Each variety needs its own page”

One long page with every pickle on it hides each of them. A separate page for each variety, with spice level, ingredients, pack sizes and price, matches what buyers search for and lets a shared link land on the exact jar being talked about.

  • “The order route must be short”

A buyer who has to register, confirm an email and fill a long form will leave. A basket for card or UPI payments, or a button that opens WhatsApp with the order text filled in, suits the way pickle is bought. Keep the steps few.

  • “Trust details belong on the site”

Shops, gift buyers and kitchens look for the maker's address, licence details as your adviser directs, shipping notes and contact route. A site without them looks temporary. Putting them in plain view answers the quiet question of whether the maker is real.

What we do

What we deliver for pickle manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site plan and page list

A list of pages: home, one per pickle, gift boxes, retailer enquiry, shipping and packing, about the kitchen and contact.

Result: A page list you approve before anything is built.

  2. Product pages

One page per pickle with photographs, spice and oil description, ingredients, pack sizes and an order button.

Result: A buyer sees the whole jar's detail on one page.

  3. Order and payment route

A basket with online payment or a WhatsApp order button, chosen by how your team handles orders.

Result: An order placed on the site appears in your order list.

  4. Retailer and bulk enquiry page

A page for shops, kitchens and corporate gift buyers with pack sizes, a request for the rate list and an enquiry form.

Result: Trade enquiries arrive marked by buyer type.

  5. Shipping and packing page

A plain explanation of how jars are packed for long distances and where you ship, with a note to check rules for sending food abroad.

Result: The page answers the question on leaks before it is asked.

  6. Licence and contact details

A footer and about page carrying the details your licence adviser says must be shown, plus address and contact.

Result: A visitor can see who the maker is and where to reach them.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these pickle manufacturers.

  • Home-style pickle makers scaling from a kitchen to a unit
  • Mango pickle specialists with seasonal peaks
  • Andhra, Kerala, Tamil and Gujarati regional pickle brands
  • Non-vegetarian pickle makers
  • Pickle makers selling mainly online
  • Pickle makers supplying hotels, mess kitchens and tiffin services
  • Women-led and self-help-group pickle units
  • Contract pickle packers for other brands

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need our own site if we sell on marketplaces?
A marketplace gives reach, but your own site gives control over the story, the photographs and the order list. Gift buyers and shops want to see the maker, and a site lets them. It works beside the listings.
Who writes the product descriptions?
We draft them from what you tell us about each pickle and you correct them, since only the kitchen knows the real taste. Claims on ingredients and shelf life are confirmed with your own licence adviser before they go live.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
