Pillow manufacturers · Website

Build a site where a buyer can read fill, weight and care before asking for a sample.

A website for a pillow manufacturer is the page a hotel, dealer or brand opens to check whether you are a real factory and what exactly you make. GullySales plans the structure, writes the product and trade pages and adds a clear route to a sample or quote.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For pillow manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer checks you before calling”

A purchase head hears your name and searches for it. A site with no factory photographs, address or specification reads like a trader. A page that shows the floor and the fill reads like a maker.

  • “A pillow page is a spec sheet first”

The buyer wants fill type, weight, size, cover and wash care. A page that opens with a lifestyle sentence and hides those details sends the buyer back to the rival who listed them plainly.

  • “Phones carry the visits”

A dealer opens the link from WhatsApp on a phone. A page that loads slowly or needs pinching to read loses the visit. Large type, short sections and a visible call or message button decide whether the buyer stays.

  • “Trade and shopper visitors need different doors”

A hotel buyer wants lots and samples; a household shopper wants one pillow. Two clear entry points, one for trade and one for retail, stop each visitor wading through what is meant for the other.

What we do

What we deliver for pillow manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure

Pages for each pillow type, for hospitality, for institutions, for dealers and for private label, plus about and contact.

Result: Each buyer has a page that names them.

  2. Product pages with full specification

Fill, weight, size, cover, care and packing set out in a consistent layout for every pillow.

Result: Two pillows can be compared side by side.

  3. Factory and quality page

Photographs of the floor, fill handling and checks, with only facts you can stand behind.

Result: A buyer sees a real working factory.

  4. A sample and quote form

A short form asking pillow, quantity, buyer type and location, linked to your sample log.

Result: Each request arrives with what you need to answer it.

  5. Downloadable spec sheets

A sheet for each pillow, ready to print or forward.

Result: A housekeeping head can pass it to purchase.

  6. Mobile and speed checks

The site tested on ordinary phones and corrected where it is slow or hard to read.

Result: The pages open and read well on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online shop?
Only if you sell single pillows to households. Trade buyers want specifications, samples and quotes, so the bulk of the site should serve them. We decide from your buyer mix.
How many pages does a small maker need?
As many as there are pillow types and buyer groups, and no more. Each page should answer one buyer's question fully.
Can you update the site when the range changes?
We set it up so new pillows follow the same layout, and your team can add a product page without redesign. Agree who maintains it before launch.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
