Plastic packaging manufacturers · Website

Build a site that lets a packaging head find the pack, the size and the next step.

A website for a plastic packaging manufacturer is where a brand checks your range, materials and plant before it asks for a sample. GullySales plans the pages, the enquiry form and the technical setup so a buyer can tell what you make and how to start.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For plastic packaging manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers look for a pack, not a company story”

A packaging head lands on your site wanting structures, sizes and print options. A page that opens with history and a vision statement hides the pack they came to find.

  • “Plant proof reassures a cautious buyer”

Photos of the machines, the sealing and printing lines and the testing bench show a brand that you can run a lot. Add only what is real; stock pictures of generic factories tell a buyer nothing.

  • “A long form loses the enquiry”

A form asking for twenty details puts off a busy buyer. Ask for name, product, pack type, filling machine and phone number, and collect the rest on the first call.

  • “The site must work on a phone”

Packaging heads and founders read quotes and catalogues on their phones. Pages that load slowly or need pinching and zooming lose the enquiry before it starts.

What we do

What we deliver for plastic packaging manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built on pack types

A structure with a page for each pack type and buyer sector, plus pages for the plant, quality and cylinder costs.

Result: A buyer reaches the right pack within a click or two.

  2. Pack page templates

A standard layout showing materials, structures, sizes, print method, uses and an enquiry button on each pack page.

Result: Every pack page answers the same questions in the same order.

  3. A short enquiry form

A form with a handful of fields, a clear reply promise set by you and a record of each submission.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with the details you need to quote.

  4. Plant and quality page

Real photographs and descriptions of your machines and testing, with claims your quality head has confirmed.

Result: A brand can see what is behind the pack.

  5. Technical set-up

Titles, speed, mobile layout and tracking so the site can be found and measured.

Result: Pages open cleanly on a phone and report their enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can our site show prices?
That is your choice. Packaging jobs depend on structure, quantity and print, so a rate sheet or a request-a-quote route is more honest than a single price. We write the page to fit how you quote.
Do we need a new site or can you fix the current one?
We review first. If the site has the right pages and loads properly, we adjust it. If it is built on a structure that cannot hold pack pages, we advise a rebuild and say why.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
