Ready-to-eat food manufacturers · Website

Give the buyer one page that settles the heating, the serving and where to buy.

A website for a ready-to-eat maker is the home for your range, your buyer information and your stockist list, built so a chain buyer, a warden and a homesick family each find what they need. GullySales works on the structure, the product pages and the enquiry routes.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For ready-to-eat food manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor wants facts before a story”

Pack size, serving, ingredients, heating method and storage come first. A site that opens with a slogan and hides the facts sends the buyer to a marketplace page that lists them.

  • “Three kinds of visitor arrive on the same site”

A shopper wants to buy, an institution wants a rate and a sample, and a brand owner wants to know whether you make private label. A site with one door treats all three as the first.

  • “Stockist information is the missing page”

A family in Delhi who wants the mix from home needs a shop or an app to go to. A page that lists where to buy, city by city, answers the question you receive again and again.

  • “The site has to work on a phone”

Visitors arrive from a message or a search on a handset, on a connection that may be slow. Large images and heavy pages lose them before the pouch has loaded.

What we do

What we deliver for ready-to-eat food manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Product pages built around use

Each product with pack, serving, ingredients, heating steps, storage and buying options, matching the label.

Result: A buyer can prepare and serve the product from the page alone.

  2. Separate routes for each buyer

Entry points for shoppers, institutions, travellers and brand owners, each with its own form and next step.

Result: Each visitor type reaches a page meant for it.

  3. A where-to-buy page

A list of platforms, shops and cities that stock the range, updated when a listing changes.

Result: A buyer in a new city can find a stockist.

  4. An institutional enquiry form

A form that asks for the kind of kitchen, the numbers served and who tastes, and records the answers in your CRM.

Result: Institutional enquiries arrive with what you need to reply.

  5. A private label page

A plain page stating formats, batch sizes handled and records held, with an enquiry form for brand owners.

Result: Brand owners see what you offer before they ask.

  6. Speed and phone checks

Images sized for handsets and pages tested on an ordinary connection.

Result: The site loads usefully on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need our own site if we sell on marketplaces?
Yes. A marketplace page is controlled by the platform, while your site holds the full facts, the stockist list and the institutional route. It also gives search engines a page that is yours.
Can we take online orders on the site?
You can, if you are ready to pack, ship and handle returns of packed food. Some makers send shoppers to a marketplace and use the site for facts and enquiries.
Who supplies the product facts?
You do, and your adviser confirms any figure on shelf life or ingredients before it is printed. Label, shelf life and claim rules for packed food differ by state and body, so check with your own food licence adviser before anything is printed.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
