Rotational moulding companies · Lead generation

Find the dealers and engineers who need what a rotating mould can make.

Lead generation for a rotational moulder means reaching two separate buyers: dealers who will stock tanks, and engineers who need a large hollow part in a low volume. GullySales builds the pages, forms and outreach lists that bring each kind of enquiry to the right person in your team.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For rotational moulding companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A dealer lead and a custom part lead are different people”

A dealer wants margin, warranty and a brand the counter can explain. An OEM engineer wants wall thickness, mould cost and proof of similar parts. One enquiry form and one pitch for both leaves each of them reading something written for the other.

  • “The nearby buyer has not heard of you yet”

Bulky tanks are expensive to carry, so the best lead is inside the freight range you can serve. A farm, society or small plant a few towns away may search online and find only a brand that is not yours.

  • “A sketch with no budget is a lead that costs days”

A plant engineer sends a hand drawing and asks for a rate. Costing it properly takes effort, and without a few questions up front the team quotes parts that never reach an order.

  • “Parts you have already made are leads waiting elsewhere”

A float made for a pump maker or a bin made for a food unit could suit other buyers. If only the mould maker remembers it, no engineer in a similar trade ever learns it exists.

What we do

What we deliver for rotational moulding companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Separate entry points for dealers and custom buyers

One path for dealer enquiries with the pack and terms, and one for custom parts with the enquiry sheet, each leading to a different person in the team.

Result: Every enquiry arrives already sorted by what the sender wants.

  2. A custom part enquiry sheet

A short form asking for the drawing or sample, size, yearly volume, what the part contains and the finish needed.

Result: A sketch-only enquiry shows what is missing before costing starts.

  3. A freight-range map and service area statement

A plain page naming the districts and states you deliver tanks to, and which small custom parts you can send further.

Result: Buyers outside the range stop sending enquiries you cannot price.

  4. A list of target dealers and OEM buyers

A researched list of building material dealers, plumbing wholesalers and equipment makers near your plant, with the contact role to approach.

Result: Outreach goes to named businesses, not a general mailing.

  5. A gallery of parts you have made

Photographs and short descriptions of past custom parts, with the buyer's name left out unless permission is given.

Result: An engineer can see parts of a similar size before writing.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the lead generation work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which should we chase first, dealers or OEMs?
Look at where your moulds and machine time are idle. Dealers fill stock product runs, while OEM work fills the custom side. We help you set up both and you decide the weight.
Can we show customer names in the gallery?
Only with the customer's agreement. Without it, describe the part by use, such as a float for a pump maker, and leave the name out.
Do we need a separate website for each buyer?
No. One site with two clear entry points works. The pages differ, the contact routes differ, and the brand stays the same.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
