Surface treatment companies · Website

Build a site where an engineer finds the process, the alloy and the form in one visit.

A website for a surface treatment company is the set of pages where an engineer confirms you run a process, check what you accept and send an enquiry. GullySales works on the page structure, the technical detail and the enquiry form behind it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For surface treatment companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page cannot hold every process”

A single page listing all processes forces the engineer to scroll for the one that matters. A page for each process, reached from a simple menu, lets a visitor see anodising or passivation in a single click.

  • “Capability must be stated, not implied”

Tank dimensions, maximum part length, accepted alloys, thickness range and colours belong on the page. When they are missing, the engineer assumes the answer is no and calls someone who published them.

  • “The quality pack needs a visible home”

A quality head looking for a process flow, a sample certificate and your approvals should find them from the menu. A shop hiding its paperwork looks as if it has none.

  • “A slow, heavy site loses the shop floor”

Visitors open the site on a phone beside a machine. Large images of tanks, a clumsy form or a missing click-to-chat link cost you the enquiry at the moment of interest.

What we do

What we deliver for surface treatment companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around processes

A menu and page plan with one page per process, a capability page, a quality page and a contact page.

Result: An engineer can reach any process in one click.

  2. A capability page with real limits

Alloys, tank sizes, part lengths, thicknesses and colours, confirmed by your technical person.

Result: A page that answers the first questions on a call.

  3. A quality and documents page

The process flow, the checks you run and a sample treatment certificate, with a route to ask for more.

Result: A quality head can see which documents travel with a lot.

  4. An enquiry form with the quote details

A form asking for process, alloy, thickness, colour, size and quantity, with a drawing upload and a chat link.

Result: Enquiries arrive ready to quote.

  5. Photographs that respect confidentiality

Images of tanks, racks and sample panels, with no client part or name in frame.

Result: A gallery that shows capacity and no secret.

  6. A phone-first layout

Pages that read and load comfortably on a phone, with the call and chat buttons within reach.

Result: A visitor on a phone can send an enquiry without pinching the screen.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these surface treatment companies.

  • Anodising shops for aluminium parts, hard and decorative

  • Passivation and pickling shops for stainless steel
  • Chemical conversion coating on aluminium
  • Anti-rust and oil coating treatment for steel parts
  • PVD and vacuum coating studios
  • Descaling and rust removal units for fabricated and cast parts
  • In-house surface treatment units that take outside work

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site list our prices?
Rates depend on part, process and quantity, so a price list would mislead. The site should say what you need to quote and make that easy to send.
Can the site hold drawings safely?
The form can accept an upload, and we set it so files go only to the people you name. Check your customers' confidentiality terms before asking for sensitive drawings online.
Do we need a new site or a fix to the old one?
We read the current site first. If its structure already suits a page per process, we extend it. If not, rebuilding the structure costs less effort than patching.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
