UPS manufacturers · Website

Build a UPS website that helps a buyer pick a unit and ask for a quote.

A website for a UPS maker is the place where dealers check the brand, buyers compare ratings and tenders find documents. GullySales structures the pages around how people choose, with sizing help, service information and enquiry forms that capture the load.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

UPS and power backup dealers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Load survey and quotation. Record the load surveyed, the rating suggested and the items quoted, with each revision kept against the enquiry.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For UPS manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is a brochure, not a selection aid”

A list of models with a download button leaves the buyer to guess which one fits. A page that asks the load and suggests a range does the first job of a salesperson.

  • “Service is the proof and it is buried”

Buyers decide on who attends a fault. A service-towns page and an engineer contact are buried below the menu, yet they settle more orders than a feature table.

  • “Dealers look for terms, not slogans”

A computer vendor opening the site wants margin structure, warranty terms and how to apply. A dealer page with a clear form answers that visit.

  • “Tender buyers need documents on hand”

Certificates, company details and past supply lists are asked for in every bid. Keeping approved copies available on a controlled page saves a scramble.

What we do

What we deliver for UPS manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A clear page structure

Home, product types, applications, batteries and service, dealers and company, planned around how each buyer searches.

Result: Each buyer reaches a relevant page in few clicks.

  2. Product pages with readable specifications

Ratings, types, phase and backup options as text and tables, with a downloadable sheet as well.

Result: A buyer compares units without opening a PDF.

  3. A sizing enquiry form

A form asking for load, phase, backup time and site, designed for phone screens.

Result: Enquiries arrive with sizing information.

  4. A service and dealer locator

A page of service towns, dealers and contact routes, kept up to date with your team.

Result: A buyer sees local support before asking.

  5. A documents area

Certificates and company documents kept in one place with a clear owner for updates.

Result: Tender teams know where the current copies are.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these UPS manufacturers.

  • Online double-conversion UPS makers for server rooms and banks

  • Makers that build both UPS and batteries or battery chargers
  • Assemblers that supply UPS under another company's brand

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need an e-commerce store?
Only for small units sold directly. UPS orders go through a dealer or a quote, so a strong enquiry path serves you better than a cart. Decide after reviewing how orders arrive.
How do we keep the site current?
Name one person for products, one for dealers and service, and agree when each is reviewed. A stale dealer list or an old model costs credibility with exactly the buyers you want.
Can the site connect to our CRM?
Yes, form entries can flow into the CRM with their source tagged. We confirm the options available in your tool, then test that a form entry appears as a lead with its sizing details.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
