Furniture manufacturers · Digital marketing

Grow the dealer network while direct buyers find your showroom online.

Digital marketing for a furniture manufacturer runs two tracks together. One is structured outreach and follow-up that grows the dealer network. The other is search visibility and content that helps a direct or corporate buyer find and trust your catalogue. GullySales runs both and reports which is producing the order volume.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For furniture manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Two very different buyers, two different channels”

A dealer is reached through outreach and trade relationships. A direct or corporate buyer is reached through search and content instead. A single generic campaign cannot serve both.

  • “Local search for showroom visits”

A buyer searching for a furniture showroom nearby decides largely on the Google Business Profile and reviews before ever visiting, especially for higher-value pieces like modular kitchens.

  • “WhatsApp for dealer coordination”

Dealers managing stock and reorders often prefer WhatsApp over email, and a structured message routine keeps reorders and new-scheme announcements from being missed.

What we do

What we deliver for furniture manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan split by dealer and buyer

A written plan naming which channel, outreach, search or WhatsApp, is used for the dealer network against the buyer-facing catalogue.

Result: Budget and effort go to the channel that actually reaches each audience.

  2. Google Business Profile set up for showroom visits

Your profile completed with photos, categories and service areas so a nearby buyer finds the showroom before visiting.

Result: A buyer searching nearby sees your showroom address, hours and photographs before they set out.

  3. A WhatsApp routine for dealer stock and reorders

A structured broadcast list and message routine for new stock, schemes and reorder reminders sent to your dealer network.

Result: Every dealer hears about a new scheme on the day it opens, not a fortnight later.

  4. A report by dealer and buyer channel

Enquiries, cost and outcome reported separately for the dealer outreach and the buyer-facing digital channels.

Result: You see which channel is actually producing signed orders.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where to start for a manufacturer

Answer the material question first, then run the dealer and buyer tracks apart.

A material and finish sheet
For each range, state the board or wood, the thickness, the finish, the hardware brand and the care. Record which questions buyers still ask after reading it.
A dealer pitch and reorder routine
Write the margin, the credit period, the display support and the delivery area on one page. Call each dealer when stock is low, and note who reorders and who has gone quiet.
Google Business Profile for the showroom
Keep the factory showroom address, hours and photographs correct. Count the visits that come from Maps and ask the visitor what they searched.
A tender and proposal folder
Prepare a standard proposal with the specification, drawings, delivery plan and a past project list. Note each tender sent and the call made after.
WhatsApp with dealers
Create a broadcast list for dealers who have agreed, for new designs and stock arrivals. Record the replies and the orders from each post.
What to leave until later
A direct online shop and large paid campaigns for the consumer. Fix the dealer routine first, because the dealers carry most of your volume.

Who it is for

This is written for these furniture manufacturers.

  • Modular kitchen and wardrobe manufacturers
  • Office furniture and workstation manufacturers
  • Home furniture manufacturers, sofas, beds and dining sets
  • Outdoor and garden furniture manufacturers
  • Custom and made-to-order carpentry units
  • Hospitality and hotel furniture contractors

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your dealer terms are not written down, so a dealer pitch would promise what the sales team then has to explain.
  • The factory cannot take a larger flow of enquiries, so more reach would only create quotes you must decline.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should budget go first?
Wherever your own records show the bigger gap, often the dealer outreach system, since that channel is usually the least structured before we start.
Does this replace our existing sales reps?
No, it gives them a tracked pipeline of dealer and tender prospects and material to use, rather than replacing the relationships they have built.
Should we sell direct to the buyer and annoy our dealers?
Protect dealers with a clear rule: direct sales only to office and project buyers, and referrals to the nearest dealer for homes. Put the rule in writing, and tell each dealer. Record the direct enquiries you pass on.
How do I tell whether dealers push our range?
Visit a sample of dealers and look at the shop floor, the stock and the display. Ask what customers asked for and write it down. Compare reorders with the display, and spend support where the stock moves.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
