Aquaculture feed suppliers · Website

Give a dealer or farm manager one page that settles the first questions.

A website for an aquaculture feed supplier is where dealers, hatcheries and farm managers check who you are, what you make and how to reach your team. GullySales works on the pages, the product details and the enquiry routes, so the site answers before a call is needed.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For aquaculture feed suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first visitor is a dealer”

A stockist checking whether to carry your brand looks for the range, the company's location and a way to apply. A site that gives only a phone number sends that dealer to a brand with a page.

  • “Product pages should name species and stage”

A farm manager scans for the feed made for their species and growth stage. Pages organised by internal code or pack size make this search hard. Group the range the way the farm thinks of it.

  • “The phone is the device”

Farmers and dealers open the site on a phone, on a weak connection. Heavy pages and tiny text lose them. Keep the pages light, with large tap targets and the call or WhatsApp button always visible.

  • “Claims on a website sit in public”

A performance statement on a product page is read by farmers, competitors and regulators. Keep to what is confirmed by your technical head, and label trial write-ups as accounts of one farm.

What we do

What we deliver for aquaculture feed suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page map

A list of the pages needed: home, each feed, dealer enquiry, technical support, trial accounts and contact.

Result: A page list your team agrees before design.

  2. Product page copy

Text for each feed with species, stage, pellet form and handling notes, approved by your technical head.

Result: Pages that match the sheet a dealer carries.

  3. Dealer enquiry form

A short form for prospective dealers that reaches your sales head with the district and brands carried.

    Result: Dealer enquiries arrive complete.

  4. Phone-first layout

A page design that works on a small screen with a call and WhatsApp button on every page.

Result: A site a farmer can use at the pond.

  5. Language versions

Key pages in the languages of your districts, reviewed by your own staff.

Result: Pages readable in the farmer's language.

  6. Tracking and handover

Basic enquiry tracking and a short guide for whoever updates the site.

Result: Your team can edit the pages without help.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Build the pages that answer a dealer or farm manager's first search.

vannamei grower feed technical sheet
A product page for one species and stage with pellet size, handling and a contact. The technical head must confirm each line.
become a feed dealer
A dealer enquiry page stating the territory, the questions you will ask and who calls back. Replace the generic form with this.
fish feed supplier in my state
A page listing the districts you serve and the dealers by name, with their consent. Keeps the farmer from phoning a counter that no longer stocks you.
nursery feed for fry
A hatchery-facing page that names the stage and the handling, and invites a technician to visit the unit.
feed bag storage guide
A short page with photographs from a real store. Useful to dealers, and it gives a farmer a reason to return.

Who it is for

This is written for these aquaculture feed suppliers.

  • Shrimp feed companies serving coastal vannamei farms
  • Freshwater fish feed companies for rohu, catla and pangasius farms
  • Starter and nursery feed suppliers for hatcheries
  • Floating and extruded feed makers
  • Feed distributors and stockists who repack or sell several brands
  • Integrated companies that sell feed along with seed and technical service
  • Specialty feed makers for ornamental fish and breeders
  • Small regional mills selling to farmers in two or three districts

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your product range is not settled, so pages would have to be rewritten as soon as a feed is renamed or dropped
  • Nobody can approve technical wording before it goes live, which makes every product page a risk
  • You want an online shop for bags, when your farmers and dealers still buy by calling the counter

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online shop?
Not for feed sold through dealers. Orders and credit run through the counter and the sales team. A website that points to the nearest dealer and takes enquiries does the job. Revisit this only if you start selling direct.
Can the website show farm results?
Only trial write-ups the farmer agreed to, stated as what was fed and what was observed. Leave out growth, yield and income figures you have not measured. Check veterinary, chemical and labelling rules with your own adviser, since they differ by state and body.
Should the site show dealer names and numbers?
Only with each dealer's agreement and a person who keeps the list current. A farmer who rings a counter that has dropped your feed will blame you. Add a note of when the list was last checked, and remove any dealer who asks to be taken off.
Does the site need to work on a basic phone?
It must load on a mid-range phone with a patchy connection, since that is how most farmers and dealers will see it. Keep pages light, avoid heavy video on the first screen, and put the call button where a thumb reaches it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
