Aquarium fish businesses · Website

Give the hobbyist one place that shows what you have and how to buy.

A website for a fish business shows the shop, the species, the services and a clear way to ask or reserve, without becoming an out-of-date catalogue. GullySales works on the structure, the stock page and the enquiry route.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For aquarium fish businesses

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A fish catalogue is stale by evening”

Stock changes through the day. A page that lists every fish with a price is wrong before it is read, and a wrong page loses more trust than no page.

  • “Visitors want the route, the hours and a clip”

A person deciding whether to visit wants to see the shop, find it on a map and see current fish. A long about-us text pushes those details down.

  • “Live-fish buyers need the terms”

Anyone considering a delivery wants to know how fish are packed, what you replace and what you do not. A missing policy page leaves them guessing, or leaves.

  • “Projects need their own door”

A homeowner wanting a large tank needs a page that explains sizes, set-up types and upkeep. Mixed in with fish for sale, that enquiry does not find its way in.

What we do

What we deliver for aquarium fish businesses.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A simple page structure

Home, species, services, projects, care help and contact, in that order of importance.

Result: A site map you can read in one glance.

  2. A dated stock section

A section marked with its last update showing what is in, with a route to reserve by message.

Result: Visitors see when stock was last updated.

  3. Arrival and replacement policy page

Your own terms for packing, delivery and replacements written in plain language, as you give them. We do not make a policy up.

Result: One page states your terms.

  4. A tank project page

A page for design, installation and maintenance, with a form that asks for size, place and a photograph.

Result: Project enquiries arrive with detail.

  5. Shop visit details

Address, map, hours, parking note and a photograph of the entrance.

Result: A first-time visitor can find the shop.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

wholesale ornamental fish supplier
A trade page that lists the species you supply, how orders are placed and how a shop becomes a buyer.

Who it is for

This is written for these aquarium fish businesses.

  • Neighbourhood aquarium shops
  • Fish breeders for guppies, mollies, cichlids and discus
  • Wholesalers who supply shops
  • Aquascaping studios and planted tank specialists
  • Tank installation and maintenance services for homes and offices
  • Marine and reef tank specialists
  • Koi and pond fish dealers
  • Dealers of aquarium plants, live food and accessories

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Nobody will update the stock section, so the site would show fish you no longer have and lose the trust the page was built for
  • Your regular buyers all message you directly and you take no orders online, so a site would add upkeep and little else
  • You have not written down your replacement terms, and a site that is silent on them invites arguments after a dead arrival

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should I sell fish online through the site?
Only if you can meet carriage and species rules and your packing is reliable. Check with your trade association and the courier. A reserve-by-message route is a lighter start.
Do I need a site if Instagram works for me?
A site is where the Google listing sends people and where care answers and policy sit. Instagram shows the fish; the site holds what should not disappear.
How do I keep stock current?
Name one person to update the stock section whenever a batch arrives or sells out. A small, accurate page beats a large, stale one.
Should the site show prices for live fish?
Show a price where the fish is standard and a plain note to ask where it is a rare pair. Prices of live fish move with supply, so a stale figure on a page can cause a dispute at the counter.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
