Concert organisers · Lead generation

Find the fans and the sponsors who will fill the night before the date goes stale.

Lead generation for a concert organiser means finding two different buyers: fans who pay for a ticket and brand managers who pay for a presence on the night. GullySales works on the sources, the capture and the sorting that put both kinds of enquiry in front of your team.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For concert organisers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Two buyers need two lists”

A fan decides in a moment and spends a modest sum. A brand manager decides after several calls and spends an amount that can carry part of the artist fee. When both land on one enquiry sheet, nobody can tell which conversation needs the senior person on the team.

  • “Past attendees are the warmest enquiry you have”

Someone who stood through your last headliner already trusts your gates, your sound and your exits. If the ticket platform holds their details and you never asked permission to write, that trust walks out with the crowd.

  • “College groups buy in bundles”

A student council or fan club that shares a show brings a whole friend circle in one decision. Without a code for each group, you cannot see which partner earned the sales, so the next partner gets picked by guesswork.

  • “A sponsor enquiry carries a deadline you cannot see”

A brand team is placing an activation budget before its own financial quarter closes. A call that arrives after the money is committed earns a polite no, however good the lineup is.

What we do

What we deliver for concert organisers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Fan capture at every touch point

The Instagram bio link, reel comments, WhatsApp click-to-chat and group codes each record where the fan came from, with one clear line asking permission to message about future shows.

Result: Each fan enquiry shows its source and whether permission was given.

  2. A sponsor target list

Consumer, banking, beverage and lifestyle brands that already back live events, with the brand manager's role named and the activation you would propose to each.

Result: A named list of brands, each with a proposal angle.

  3. Separate lanes for fans, groups and sponsors

Three views of the same enquiry sheet, each with an owner, a next step and a date, so the right person picks up the right call.

Result: Every enquiry shows who owns it and what happens next.

  4. A code for every partner group

One code and one link for each college body, fan page, radio partner or community, tied to the ticket page.

Result: Ticket sales can be read partner by partner.

  5. A returning-attendee list

Buyers from earlier shows who agreed to hear from you, tagged by genre and city, ready for the next announcement.

Result: A consented list tagged by show, genre and city.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

What a concert organiser records from each fan and each sponsor enquiry.

Ticket page view without a purchase
Capture the source of the visit and, where the person asked a question, the number. This is the fan to remind when a tier is about to close.
College or office group leader
Record the group size, the date they must confirm by and the code they were given. Group leaders buy in bundles and need one named contact.
Returning attendee from the last show
Keep the show they came to and the tier they chose. They hear about the next announcement before anyone else.
Brand manager's first question
Write down the product, the audience they want to reach and the budget year. A sponsor call has a deadline that the brand does not state.
Artist agent or manager enquiry
Note the artist, the dates and who at the agency handles the tour. This record decides the fee conversation and the permissions timetable.

Who it is for

This is written for these concert organisers.

  • Organisers of Bollywood and playback singer nights
  • Indie, rock and electronic music event organisers
  • Classical and ghazal concert organisers
  • Regional language music event organisers, including Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Punjabi shows
  • College fest and campus concert organisers
  • Open-air festival organisers with multiple stages
  • New Year's Eve and festival-season party organisers
  • Organisers who bring international artists on Indian tours

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The artist is not confirmed and no date is fixed, so a lead list would collect people to disappoint
  • You have no one to answer sponsor questions in writing, so a brand that enquires would go to another event

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We ask how many enquiries your team can answer well, who answers after hours, and what a good enquiry looks like. Without this, the system fills a funnel nobody is watching.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We read your call log, WhatsApp chats, enquiry sheet and platform dashboards. The baseline is recorded: enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Search and maps are chosen for people ready to buy, ads for people who are not yet looking, and content and referrals for trust.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms, tags, the lead record and the first-reply message are built and tested end to end. We submit test enquiries ourselves before any media money is spent.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

Enquiries are traced to source and judged by what became orders, not by volume alone. Channels that fill the sheet with poor enquiries are cut back. How often you are reported to is agreed in writing.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which should we chase first, fans or sponsors?
Start both once the artist is confirmed. Sponsor money arrives on the brand's calendar, while fan interest peaks after the announcement, so waiting for one delays the other.
Can we message everyone who bought a ticket from a platform?
Only as far as the buyer has agreed to hear from you. Check what the platform shares and under which terms, and ask for permission on your own page and at the gate.
How do we keep casual followers from clogging the sheet?
Record a follower as an enquiry only when they ask a question, click through to the ticket page or join a group. A like stays a like.
What is a sponsor lead in this trade, as against a fan lead?
A sponsor lead is a brand manager who has asked about presence on the night, and a fan lead is someone who may buy a ticket. They need separate lists because the sponsor decides on a brand calendar and the fan on the date and the price.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
