DJs, musicians and live entertainers · Website
A site that lets a planner watch, compare formats and send a date in one visit.
A website for a DJ, band or entertainer is the place a planner or host watches the artist, reads about formats and sends a date. GullySales builds a clear site that the artist can update.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means
A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For DJs, musicians and live entertainers
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“The clip is the first thing visitors want”
A planner arrives to see and hear the artist. A site that opens with a long biography and a hidden clip loses them.
“Formats and bands need clear pages”
A solo DJ, a duo and a full band cost and work differently. A page for each, with equipment and stage needs, saves back-and-forth.
“Enquiry is the aim”
The site's job is to bring a date request. A form that asks for date, city, venue, event type and budget range, with a WhatsApp button beside it, does it.
“Phones are the main screen”
Hosts open the link from a message on a phone. Large buttons, readable text and videos that play without delay matter more than decoration.
What we do
What we deliver for DJs, musicians and live entertainers.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
A home page with the best clip
The strongest clip, a short line on the artist and an enquiry button.
Result: A visitor sees and hears the artist at once.
Pages for each format and event type
Solo, duo, band, wedding, corporate and venue nights, each with details.
Result: Each buyer finds their page.
A planner page
The pack, rate approach, equipment list and stage needs for download.
Result: A planner can forward one page to a client.
An enquiry form and WhatsApp button
Date, city, venue, event type and budget range, with a direct chat option.
Result: A date request reaches the artist complete.
A gallery and reviews page
Photographs and reviews from hosts and planners, with permission.
Result: Proof sits in one place.
How the result is measured
- Page load time
- Bounce rate
- Enquiries from the website
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
Searches your buyers type
What a host or planner searches and the page that answers.
- [your name] showreel
- The first screen, with a clip that plays on a phone without a download and a button to send a date. The page a planner opens in the car.
- wedding DJ packages [city]
- A packages page with what each set includes, the equipment and the extras. States how a date is held, and gives no figure the artist has not set.
- live band lineup and instruments
- A band page listing members, instruments and the kinds of sets played. Helps a planner decide if the band suits the venue.
- [your name] corporate event
- A page for office buyers describing the formats, invoicing and sound needs. Ready to forward to a committee.
- check [your name] availability
- An enquiry page with date, city, event type and a phone. Short enough to send from a phone between two other tasks.
Who it is for
This is written for these DJs, musicians and live entertainers.
- Wedding DJs for sangeet, baraat and reception nights
- Live bands for weddings, corporate events and restaurants
- Classical, ghazal and Sufi musicians for private concerts
- Instrumentalists, singers and playback artists for events
- Emcees, anchors and wedding hosts
- Stand-up comedians and mimicry artists
- Folk and regional artists for cultural programmes
- College-fest and club DJs
Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- You have not yet recorded a clip with good sound, and a site cannot show what a visitor cannot hear
- Nobody will update the open dates and the clips, and the site would show last season to this season's planner
How it works
How the website work runs
The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.
- 1
Confirm structure and content
We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.
- 2
Design the templates
The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.
- 3
Build and test
The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.
- 4
Load real content
Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.
- 5
Check before launch
Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.
- 6
Launch and hand over access
The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.
Where this fits
Three pieces of sales work, in this order.
This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.
Step 1
Sales audit
Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.
Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.
Step 2 · you are here
Sales process design
One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.
Start here if every salesperson sells differently.
Step 3
Sales management
A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.
Start here if the team has targets and no routine.
