Effluent treatment plant companies · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp for the visit photos, the drawing and the quote an owner will forward.

WhatsApp marketing for an ETP company means using the app factory owners already answer for enquiries, site photographs and quote follow-up. GullySales sets up a business profile, saved replies and sensible rules for contacting factories.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For effluent treatment plant companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The owner already lives on WhatsApp”

Factory owners send photographs of the discharge and the notice on WhatsApp and expect the same back. A firm that asks for an email attachment adds friction at the moment the owner is anxious.

  • “A forwarded chat reaches the real decider”

The owner shows the quote chat to the partner or the accountant. A clear message with the design summary, the price and the operation offer works as a sales document when it travels. A messy chat loses the sale.

  • “Permission matters for outreach”

Messaging factories that never asked to be contacted risks complaints and blocked numbers. Contact people who enquired or gave consent, and check the platform's current rules for business messages.

What we do

What we deliver for effluent treatment plant companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile

Company name, industries served, address and a clear first message.

Result: A profile a consultant or owner can read at once.

  2. Saved replies for common questions

Replies on site visits, documents needed and the operation offer.

Result: A reply set your team can use consistently.

  3. A quote message format

A short structure for sending design summary, price and operation proposal.

Result: A format that reads well when forwarded.

  4. A photo and document routine

A rule for asking owners for effluent photographs and what to do with them.

Result: A shared folder per factory, linked to the CRM.

  5. Consent and contact rules

Who may be messaged, how consent is recorded and when to stop.

Result: A one-page rule your team signs off.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Send these on WhatsApp, each with a record behind it.

Site visit photographs
Photos of the existing drain, tank space and approach road, sent back to the owner to confirm what the engineer saw. Corrects mistakes before the design basis is written.
Quote with a one-page summary
The quote document with three lines on what is included and what the factory provides. Owners forward it to partners, so it must read well without you.
Drawing for the owner's approval
A layout with the stage names and a request to confirm the plot area. The reply is the record that the factory accepted the layout.
Commissioning date message
Date, the engineer attending and what the plant head should have ready. Sent to the plant head directly, not only to the owner.
Consent note for messages
Who agreed to receive messages, on which number. Kept on the factory record, so a plant head is not added to a list unknowingly.

Who it is for

This is written for these effluent treatment plant companies.

  • Builders of plants for textile and dyeing units
  • Firms serving food, dairy and beverage factories
  • Contractors for pharma and chemical units
  • Specialists in electroplating and metal finishing wastewater
  • Companies that serve tanneries and leather units
  • Makers of packaged plants for small and medium factories
  • Operation and maintenance contractors for existing plants
  • Retrofit and upgrade firms for plants that fail inspection

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your engineers use their personal numbers for factory chats, and the history would leave with them.
  • You do not have a business number that the team shares, so owners would be saving a person and not your firm.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

Read the chats you already have

We read how customers write to you, which questions repeat and where a chat goes quiet. The repeated questions decide what gets automated first.

  2. 2

Sort the list and the permission

Contacts who asked to hear from you are separated from numbers that only sit in a phone book. We agree the wording new contacts will see before they say yes.

  3. 3

Choose the app or the API

One phone and a small team can stay on the ordinary app. Several people on one number, templates or a CRM link need the API through a provider, which is its own piece of setup work.

  4. 4

Write the replies and the plan

The greeting, away message, saved replies and handover rule are written in your words and approved by you. The message plan and its templates follow.

  5. 5

    Connect the record and test

Each link carries its source line and each chat lands in the CRM. We test on real phones, including a customer who asks for a person.

  6. 6

    Read the unanswered questions

A question the first reply could not answer becomes a new saved reply or a fixed handover. Stop requests are watched too, with the number's quality rating where the API is used, since both show a message plan that has gone too far.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send bulk messages to factories?
Only to people who have agreed to hear from you, and under the platform's current rules. For cold outreach we prefer calls and email introductions.
Should WhatsApp replace email?
No. Formal quotes and drawings still go by email for the file. WhatsApp carries the quick exchange and the reminder.
Can we message factories on a bought contact list?
No. Message only people who have enquired, visited with you or agreed. A cold message to a plant head about a notice reads as intrusive, and platform rules on unrequested messages are strict. Check the platform's current rules before you send anything in bulk.
Is a drawing on WhatsApp acceptable as approval?
Treat a written reply to a specific drawing as a record, and save the chat to the factory file. For anything with contract effect, follow with the signed document. A chat is evidence of what was shown, but it does not replace the contract the owner signs.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
