Egg suppliers · WhatsApp marketing

Send the day's rate on WhatsApp and take the order in one reply.

WhatsApp marketing for an egg supplier means using one business number to send the rate, take orders and answer questions from shops, bakeries and kitchens that already use the app all day. The aim is one clear message and one easy reply, not a flood of forwards. GullySales sets up the account, the lists and the message formats.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For egg suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The rate message is the product”

Buyers wait for the morning rate. A fixed layout with the date, size, tray and crate rate, and the order reply format lets a shop owner glance and answer. A message in a different shape each day invites mistakes.

  • “A broadcast list is not a group”

A broadcast list sends one message to each buyer separately, so a shop does not see a rival's reply. A group shows everyone to everyone. For rates and orders, use lists and keep buyer numbers private from each other.

  • “Permission matters”

Message only people who are your buyers or who asked for your rate. Unwanted bulk messages lead to blocks and can put the number at risk. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging before you start.

  • “The business app has useful tools”

A business profile with address and hours, a catalogue of sizes and packs, quick replies for common questions and labels for buyer types make a small team reply the same way each time and keep conversations sorted.

What we do

What we deliver for egg suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business account set-up

A WhatsApp Business profile with name, area, hours, description and a catalogue of what you carry.

Result: A buyer opening the chat sees who you are and what you supply.

  2. Rate message format

A fixed layout for the day's rate with a simple reply for trays or crates.

Result: A buyer orders by replying with a number.

  3. Labelled buyer lists

Lists and labels for shops, bakeries, hostels, hotels and new leads.

Result: You can send to one buyer type without sending to all.

  4. Quick replies

Saved answers for minimum order, delivery day, area covered and payment terms.

Result: Staff answer routine questions with one tap.

  5. Order capture to the register

A way to copy each WhatsApp order into the buyer register so nothing stays only in chat.

Result: Every order in chat appears in the record the same day.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

Send these messages, each with a record behind it.

Daily rate message
The rate by pack, the cut-off time for orders and the delivery area. Sent to each buyer on their own list, so a hostel does not see a retail shopkeeper's rate.
Order reply from the buyer
The count and the pack the shop wrote back. Copied into the register the same morning, so the driver loads from a list and not from chats.
Delivery done note
A line to the buyer saying the order is delivered and the count. Gives a record if breakage is disputed later.
Holiday and festival notice
Which days the vehicle will not run and the last day to order. Shopkeepers plan their stock by it.
Consent to receive messages
Who agreed, on which number and on what date. Kept in the register, so no buyer is added to a list they did not ask for.

Who it is for

This is written for these egg suppliers.

  • Wholesale egg agents supplying kirana and provision stores
  • Bakeries, cake shops and sweet stalls
  • Hostels, PGs and canteens
  • Hotels, restaurants and caterers
  • Egg suppliers to government schools and anganwadis
  • Branded and packaged egg sellers
  • Farm gate egg sellers with a vehicle route
  • Suppliers who also sell country eggs and quail eggs

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your rate changes during the day and no one sends corrections, so the morning message would be wrong by noon.
  • You plan to add every shop number you can find, and that would breach platform rules and annoy shopkeepers.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

Read the chats you already have

We read how customers write to you, which questions repeat and where a chat goes quiet. The repeated questions decide what gets automated first.

  2. 2

Sort the list and the permission

Contacts who asked to hear from you are separated from numbers that only sit in a phone book. We agree the wording new contacts will see before they say yes.

  3. 3

Choose the app or the API

One phone and a small team can stay on the ordinary app. Several people on one number, templates or a CRM link need the API through a provider, which is its own piece of setup work.

  4. 4

Write the replies and the plan

The greeting, away message, saved replies and handover rule are written in your words and approved by you. The message plan and its templates follow.

  5. 5

    Connect the record and test

Each link carries its source line and each chat lands in the CRM. We test on real phones, including a customer who asks for a person.

  6. 6

    Read the unanswered questions

A question the first reply could not answer becomes a new saved reply or a fixed handover. Stop requests are watched too, with the number's quality rating where the API is used, since both show a message plan that has gone too far.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we use an automated bot?
Start without one. A person who knows the route answers faster and better than a bot for orders. Automation suits repeated questions once your message flow is settled, and the platform's current rules on automated messages apply.
Can we send photos of the day's stock?
Yes, if buyers have asked to hear from you. A photo of sorted trays beside the rate shows the stock honestly. Avoid claims about health or quality grade that you cannot back up with your own paperwork.
Can we send images of the day's eggs?
Send a photograph of the stack or the pack only if it shows what you will deliver. Buyers compare it with the crate that arrives. A picture of a better lot than the one supplied is a claim that comes back as a complaint.
How many buyers can one number serve?
As many as one person can answer in a working day. The number matters less than the reply time, since buyers who write and hear nothing move to another supplier. Use a business number the owner and one other can both read.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
